Jinne, I so needed this video! In the last 6 months, I’ve lost about 40% of my hair! No joke. I’m 55 and have been in menopause since age 32. So it’s not from menopause. Thyroid is fine…. I eat a low fat, low carb diet. None of my doctors have a clue and say “Rogaine” 😳🙄 I’m going to try this!

Just collect rain water simple

YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE MORE OR LESS OF THE INGREDIENTS Scalp Rinse 12oz water 3T apple cider vinegar 2-3 times a week and risen off Rosemary Spray (Leave in) In a ceramic pot on a medium heat 2 cups of water 4 rosemary sprigs (small ones OR 2 big ones) 1 - 1-½” chopped ginger 1/8 cup dry peppermint OR ¼ cup fresh peppermint 4 whole cloves crushed Bring to a boil Turn heat down to a very low simmer Simmer for about 20 minutes Let it sit for at least 4 hours OR overnight Strain it Pour into spray bottle 5-6 pumps and then brush hair

What does open kettle mean?

Great video but I have one critique: Not sure what your tooth infection was but, decay can’t be healed. It’s like saying a pot hole can fill itself in. An abscess can heal with medicinals but really, it’s an indicator that the tooth is dying- the pain comes from the pressure, it cant escape. Eventually the infection will cause a fistula (opening, escape route) and then the pressure is relieved thus, alleviating pain. If the abscess stays gone, it’s because the tooth died. When a tooth finally dies, the jaw bone surrounding the tooth will resorb and that bone loss is not good for the mouth. A root canal or extraction is necessary. Anyway, I love herbal medicinals but wanted to let readers know, you can’t “heal” a tooth without dental treatment. The “infection” is the sign that your tooth is in trouble. Now, if you had an infection in the gums surrounding the tooth, that’s a whole different story. Gum disease can feel like a toothache. Gum disease with proper treatment is totally manageable through a dental office, and yes, herbal medicinals could be used in conjunction with. Sincerely, retired hygienist

Good information. I have revised my dried beans and rice plan after realizing the additional water and fuel requirements for those items. Now it’s minute rice, quick oats, and canned beans. Living in the suburbs fuel will have to be fossil fuel and water from rain water collection. That said, I’m a big fan of freeze dried foods as well as a fan of you keep up the good work

I had pneumonia and I used oregano and thyme tea. They were both amazing very fast acting and if you ever take primatine mist you'll taste the thyme.

Great to have another cold meal recipe. The dressing sounds like it could be used warm on stir fry.

One issue that I seem to always worry about is hypothyroidism. I had to have a thyroidectomy and must take levothyroxin for the rest of my life. What am I going to do if I can't get it? Do you know of any herb I can grow that could be a substitute? It is very frightening to me.

I make an Asian noodle salad with linguine, similar to lo mein noodles. Your dressing would work well Jinne. I add green onions, colorful peppers slices & grated carrot. Refrigerate for a few hours. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Love it!
