Thanks again chaps. That has helped me feel better about my ski.
At the club a while ago we had a “bring your first slalom ski and do a set on it day”. A great laugh if slightly frightening on my 65” HO Mach 1. The Deena Mapple one.
Modern skis are a big leap forward.
At $1,500+ for a good ski these days (without boots) it’s hard to just try out a few different kinds. There are 5 skiers in my family and everyone is on a different ski. At least wakeboards, surf, hydrofoils and tubes :) we share. Add life jackets and barefoot suits, dang…..
Good info though. Love what you’re doing to keep the dream alive!
Where is the surface area chart! Let the games begin.
I ski on a 67 Ho Omni. 175pds 5'8". 30-33mph 15 off. I feel like a 66 would be ideal but they only make a 65 or 67. Would it be a lot different to go down to a 65?
Ok I’m getting 28 off on a 67” would a smaller ski help with 32?
