Anna Herrieta, despite being the monarch of the city, is the least powerful person at the table. And the best bit was, that she didnt even realize it.
Depends on your definition of power I suppose, raw power yes she’s a mere human. Tho she is basically the queen of the entire land so politically she’s the most powerful on the table.
@@TheDeletharthey could erase her existence without anyone noticing a thing. There'd be nothing left. And the reason why she has little power in this moment specifically is because anna is actually the target that detlaff has not been asigned yet.
Anna Henrietta does have a good instinct for people, even though she is fucking annoying sometimes. thanks for uploading
Have you seen the worst ending where Geralt lays flowers on her grave :(
She's not as good a person as the game tries to get you to believe. She's too pompous and haughty. Stuck on her high horse and doesn't really care about what happened to her sister, and the game DOES give a few vague hints at her lack of interest.
@@andrewroyle2847those hints dont overshadow the more in your face facts, Anna cares for her sister cause till the end she's willing to forgive Syanna
@@andrewroyle2847 Yep she's conceited af and insulted my geralt a few times. I always chose harsh quips to show her her place whenever I got a chance. She turns a blind eye to Syanna's role in the bloodshed but is unwilling to grant Detlaff the same courtesy even though they're equally to blame
I can't believe Geralt left Anna alone with those blood thursty vampires.
he might not trust detlaff but regis is a bro
Great writing, this scene was tense especially when orianna mentions the beast of beauclair while dettlaff walks behind gerald. And the back and forth with gerald and dettlaff with the camera panning that was so cinematic
What annoys me is that Regis agreed to keep Dettlaff at bay, and not tell him about the blackmailers' whereabouts because Syanna is probably one of them. If he'd actually done this, Dettlaff wouldn't have found out about how he's been played. Geralt even mentions that the only thing on Dettlaff's mind would be revenge, and that's exactly what ended up happening.
I love Regis, and honestly he's my most favorite character in the entire franchise. So I used to think the ending where Dettlaff lives is actually good, because then Regis wouldn't go through all that trauma. But in hindsight, I think the ribbon ending is the actual best, because Dettlaff attacks us and there's nothing more we can do, and Regis is ultimately responsible for Dettlaff's death because he failed to keep this promise (not letting him know about the location of blackmailers), and also his promise of keeping Syanna safe.
I hate Regis,ruin everything.
I swear, Orianna deserves the silver
😂😂
She got the silver
i love regis and detty so much
I love how you have the chance to find common ground with Dettlaff, made me quite happy for the game's sake.
Also, I hate Henrietta. I was glad when she died after "doing her best" to find her sister despite living in grand luxury and not truly caring about what happened to her.
I had to reload the save when I realized that Anna's death means the kingdom gets plunged into despair... Lose/ lose either way in my opinion.
