Had a hogue on my 365xl grip and it worked ok. Put the Wilson combat grip module on and never looked back. Fantastic product.
The WC grip module made a world of difference in feel and indexing. Night and day difference.
The WC grip module is slightly bigger in circumference than the OEM grip and that helps too. My WC grip is Tungsten Gray and laser stippled also has a extended mag button and the tungsten weight kit all from Armory Craft.

I did the same thing the first day I had the Macro. I also added a Holosun EPS carry and a +2 magguts kit in the 12 round Mag for 14+1 capacity.

I like the Glock rubber slip on & rubber grips on the M11-A1 & P229 they are slightly thicker , not an issue ... feels better , better grip .
Have not tried the WC grip module yet. My biggest gripe with the standard modules is the short distance from the backstrap to the mag release, so much so I have to break my firing grip to dump the mag and end up reloading it as if it was a snubby revolver, i.e. tipping the muzzle up then dumping the mag and reloading.

What base plate did you need to put on. I am getting a macro and thus is exactly what I wanted to do . Put an xl frame so I can use the smaller mags for carry.
I have had the Wilson grip 12 round and liked it .I wish Wilson would make the 17 round to go on the Macro
Exact same thing I did. Except I also put the Magguts springs in the 12rders to make them 14rd.
So does the comp on the XL frame seem to do much in regards to recoil control as opposed to the regular XL barrel and slide?

Good video. Would love to hear your thoughts on the Wilson combat grip module after you shoot a couple of hundred rounds through it in 1 shooting. I've heard you can get kind of a Glock knucle from the poor trigger undercut.

Just ordered one for my 365x, went with black. Was thinking hard about the fde? But ultimately went with black. Did the same today with the XDM Elite, liking the fde but still went with black, plus it was like 30 bucks cheaper. Definitely getting the fde module whenever I get the macro

The original xmacro grip module it's actually bigger when you use the large back strap. Just watched a video where the guy made the measurements on both.
I have a 365X with the Wilson Combat grip and a PMM comp; about like the same setup as you have with the Macro slide.
Does it feel bigger/more noticeable when carrying?

I am waiting for a baseplate that would allow me to use 12 or 15 round mag in Macro grip to allow for a flush fit with bottom of frame. That little bit that extends past the frame is just enough to cause me issues when carrying. I have a WC XL grip but I still grip and shoot the Macro grip better, its almost night and day difference on my groups.
I picked up a couple of 17rd mags for my xl that I am running the WC grip. Waiting for someone to make a better baseplate. Found ones for the 12 & 15 rd mags that match up nicely.
Is the macro grip module bigger than the Wilson combat? Like the width. I can’t decide which one to get for my p365xl. My groups are better when using my canik tp9sf Elite vs my 365xl with factory grip module. I did go to a shop and held the macro and it fit nice in my hand but I haven’t held a p365xl with the Wilson combat grip module so idk how they compare. One thing Im worried about with the macro is concealment since it has a longer grip. How much longer is the macro grip compared to the Wilson combat grip?
@@atvchick09 I have an XL that I put a WC grip on. Love the texture it is a fatter grip. I recently put a macro grip on the xl. It is a longer grip. Not has fat or aggressive in the group texture. It is ok. But I am waiting to have wc come out with a macro grip module.
WC has them on sale for $51 right now. Might wanna go ahead and grab that FDE now!
I have the macro as well and am looking to possible put the Wilson compact xl frame on it for summer. Do you know if it will still fit on the holster I have for the macro with the xl frame on it ?

bet you can't wait till they come out with the macro gripframe I have the xl one and just waiting for the macro one to come out cause I bought the macro too. the longer grip lenght really makes my draws and first shots much faster. Why dont you use all of your influencer pull on Wilson combat to get going on the macro frame
Wife has been renting a macro at the range. Loved it. Today shot my xl with a WC grip. Now she wants to wait to buy the gun and see if WC will make a grip for the macro.

I recently got the new IWI Masada Slim and it's excellent. Anyone that likes the P365X or P365XL will love this Masada Slim. It holds 13+1, comes with 2 mags and has even less recoil than the Sig. 3.4" barrel for those wondering.

@@ChukesOutdoorAdventures I really like it. I will say that it comes optics ready and has pretty high sights. A few have said that the gun was shooting low for them at 10 or 12 yards. They obviously didn't read the owners manual. It says the gun is set up for a 25 meter zero which is a little over 27 yards so it would be expected to shoot low at 10 yards using the stock high sights. I switched the stock sights for Meprolight hyper sight night sights which sit much lower and they're very accurate. I don't like red dots on my concealed carry pistols so this set-up works great for me. I wish you lived closer I'd let you use it to make a video on it. I'm anxious to see your opinion. I absolutely love it, seems like they laser scanned my hand and made it for me. Lastly, I do like the regular Masada but don't like the placement of the mag release. It's so far forward and hard to get to for me. The Masada Slim is not like that at all. It's in a different position and very easy to get to without adjusting my grip.
get mag guts for your 12 round mags. 14 rounds and last round loads easier than factory 12 round springs,
so far mine are reliable. 14 plus 1 in that small grip. I like bottom mag plate better also.

@@ChukesOutdoorAdventures I also bought the Magguts for my 12 round P365 extended mag as well as for my P365XL 12 round magazine. They have been extremely reliable in both guns.
But I want the 17 Round Module man. I use the Wilson Combat Grip Module plus a also Install a Hoag Grip Sleep so I have a perfect grip for me. I have extremely big hands. I need it asap.

So in short you messed up the grip when you cut it and had to buy a new one? Should of kept the big grip and just bought the p365/XL grips and you would of had all 3 options.

imo the XL grip is too small for my hands, the macro frame is way better.
I trust my 'hellkitten' over my X Macro. At least I know it won't go off randomly. I always feel a little on edge when I carried it, like playing russian roulette. I just keep it as a reminder as to why I don't buy SIG and that it is the only one I will probably ever own until they fix their striker safety systems.
Only the P320 series of pistols have had unintentional firings. I have yet to hear about any P365 series pistols having the P320 issues. And so many have been sold so if there would have been a problem you would have heard it by now. But you're right! I would never buy a P320 series pistol!!!
They only randomly go off when some dumbass has his/her finger on the trigger.
If that was a script, first chopping off that end and then turn it around to the WC grip module… pure marketing genius.

Sooooo….. you downgraded from a xl to a macro? Then downgraded the macro? Wtf………… the grip is the best part, the slide Is hands down worthless. It’s a Gucci 365 the slide has no added affect other than keeping the rear sights with a reddot. The grip is what make it seem like less recoil. 2 port comps do nothing and this isn’t even a comp it’s a slide making the gun a build up queen and clean everyday. Xl slide with macro grip guys 💪💪 or a threaded barrel 365 with a comp….
