I got the 12 round XL version of the Wilson Combat grip and put it on my standard 365 to make an X version. The new grip fits my hand much better and makes it very pleasant to shoot.
Did the same and ABSOLUTELY agree. My only problem with the original SIG P365 was that the heel of my hand caught the mag and didn't allow it to drop free - so mag changes were slow and awkward. The WC XL grip module not only fixed that one problem, but it made the gun fit my hand like a glove. And the texture sticks it in your hand under rapid fire. I love it! Best improvement you can make to this damned-near perfect little pistol.
I like how you can swap the fire control group to different frames and customize the Sigs. Very nice. I'm happy with my stock frame but this is a cool option to have.
Love mine. Wilson Combat did a really nice job with that. A couple 17 round SIG mags to make it a full size grip for backup and it's a serious little rig.
I just received my WC 10 round grip module on Friday. I wasn’t aware that the 12 round mags weren’t a flush fit, but I don’t have very many 2 round mags (2). I might order two of the WC P365X grip modules today, and 3-4 more 12 round mags. The WC module is downright medieval in its grip texture. 👍👍👍👍
That paint job looks amazing, like it came from the factory that way. I like the FDE on the slide much more than Sig's grip and mag. It's more brown and definitely looks great with the black WC grip.
I have three P365XLs with Wilson Combat grip modules. One is all black but two of them are laser stippled by Armory Craft. One is Black with Tungsten Gray and the other is Black with OD Green. ♥️ the Wilson Combat grip modules.
Good morning Brent. Yes indeed, the desert is beautiful this time of year. Snakes, lizards and tortoises are popping out of the ground and my son and I are hoping to get some good rattlesnake video very soon. Thank you for always watching our videos 👍😎 👍😎
Looks good! Wilson Combat makes a wide variety of upgrades. I've bought their full-length spring guide kits for some 1911s I've owned in the past. Might do that again sometime. The P365 sure is a pint-sized package, not much bigger than the micro-mini .380s that Ruger and other outfits offer. Painting the magazine end caps was a cool idea - they compliment the two-toned look of the piece. Nice video, as usual. Stay safe out there.
The two tone looks great. My 320 looks just like that. I just changed my Wilson Combat grip for a Strike Indudties X/XL grip. The 12 round grip is now flush.
Hey Mr. Mix! I just put a Wilson 365 grip on my 365X and LOVE it! The factory grip is pretty good, but a tad small for me, the Wilson is perfect in filling it in. Great grip texture as well. Also, Wilson sells weights that fit in the rear grip to add weight if you want. Best $70 you can spend! Great vid! *Flat Dark Earth* :)
I just might order the Wilson tungsten weights for my grip module and you're right, the WC grip module is the best 65-70 bucks you can spend on a Sig pistol.
Looks great with the Black WC Grip Module! I have the same setup. My accuracy greatly improved when I installed the Armory Craft flat faced trigger! That would make for a great comparison and combination video.
I just installed a flat faced trigger on my Glock pistol and I can't believe how much it improved the feel. I will look into the Armory Craft flat faced trigger for my Sig. Thanks for the suggestion.
@@richb.4374 The standard P365 is so small, I was having issues using the tip of my finger on the trigger face, I kept curling over and shooting low left. The grip and flat faced trigger, cured that issue. I'm sure the extra training didn't hurt either!
@@asp1232000 These micro compacts are not easy for everyone to hold onto when firing. Snappy little rascals. I love the capacity and small footprint though, makes daily carry very comfortable.
The two tone look came out nice for you. I added the Wilson Combat grip to my 365 X with the tungsten weights to better balance the firearm and never looked back. It’s worth the small investment to add the Wilson Combat grip!
I have a standard 365 and I replaced the stock module with the WC X size. It no longer will take 10 round mags (which I never carried anyway) but transforms the gun . Very cost effective upgrade.
I don't recall if I asked you for this review, but I should have. The P365 with a WC grip might be my next carry gun. Thanks. I also noticed that the gun shot better and felt better in my hand with the WC grip module.
Hello Frank. It is possible that you are the one that asked me to make this review. If so, thank you. My Sig definitely shoots better with the WC grip and it's probably one of the best accessories I have ever bought for a firearm.
@@mixup98 Wow! That says a lot! I only shot about 5 rounds from a standard 365. That grip didn't give me enough to hold onto and I didn't feel like I was controlling the gun. Then I shot 45 rounds with the WC grip. Totally different experience. Thanks for this review.
Added one to my 365xl a while back, much better than the OEM grip frame. Added the three tungsten weights as well. Carriers nicely with a 12 round mag. Liked it so much I added one to my P320 Compact
Im finally starting to get a decent gun collection. Got to have some kind of material thing to be proud of. Now if i can get another harley davidson, id be set. Back to my old self. I doubt i get that though lol.
I love the Wilson Combat grip modules for the SIG P365 pistols. I have gray one on my macro, a black one on my XL and a fde one on my NRA edition. I even put a WC grip on my P320 X Compact.
I have a couple. Regular and xl. Chopped the beavertail off so it has the stock profile. I carry appendix. It's not a 1911 Bill Wilson.... There are base plates for the Wilson grip. I recommend the grip. I just made it to my liking.
Great upgrade to the Sig, I would do the same to my S&W Shield Plus if Wilson makes a grip for that. The extra size of the grip would certainly help with control and accuracy. Nice video.
I too found the stock P365 grip a little small so I put a Wilson grip on mine. I like it much more now, although I wish it had a little more undercut under the trigger guard. I put the tungsten rods in mine and I like how it balances. I didn't buy a P365 grip to carry with a long magazine so I don't really care that the 12-round magazine doesn't line up. I carry with the 10-round magazine with a MagGuts +2 that gives a nice pinky rest. I highly recommend MagGuts for your 12-round magazine as well.
I have the same NRA p365.. I'm not much on changing my stock pistol.. and I know it really doesn't matter what a gun looks like. BUT.. man that looks good.. love the two tone. I'll have to look more into what needs to be done to change out the mag release.
Well, now I'm torn between this P365 and a CZ75 compact. I shoot both of my CZ75s in competition, and I live in an area that doesn't allow me to carry, but still. A man can dream.
I have shot and reviewed three CZ75 pistols and they were some of the most accurate and reliable pistols I have ever shot. If I were still competing I would probably be using a CZ 75 Shadow. Sorry to hear that you can't carry and protect yourself.
Wilson Combat grips work! I have a 320 9 compact. I put a Zafira precision fluted stainless barrel and Truglo TFX Pro sights on it. The pistol shot good. When I put the Wilson Combat grip on it, well it shoots great now. Much better hand fit.
Great video! Regarding the magazine baseplates, Tactical Development has the "WC-XL 15 PRO GRIP BASE PAD FOR SIG P365 XL". Not sure if they have them for the basic P365 yet, but it's definitely great on my XL. Good luck!
Good morning sir, great to see you. Hey that's a pretty cool setup, I haven't seen the swapable options before. I think I'll go with the FDE frame and the OD Green slide today. Tomorrow will look totally different. lol I love It! Stay blessed!!
An FDE frame with an OD green slide is definitely different but will probably look pretty cool. You also stay blessed my friend and thank you for watching my videos.
1.) Make sure you get the tungsten weight kit for your WC grip module also. 2.) Look at Tactical Development baseplates compatible with WC grip module. Addresses gap, more durable.

As usual another great video by you! I don't care for the way the magazine base plate fits, those gaps are so wide, and unsightly. Sometime there is a tradeoff for aftermarket parts, at least that has been my experience.
About ten years ago I reviewed several Springfield XD-9 pistols and I was very impressed with them. I can't make any promises but maybe someday I will get my hands on the Sub Compact and do a review on it.
Changing to the Wilson Module is what made my P365 my edc.
I got the 12 round XL version of the Wilson Combat grip and put it on my standard 365 to make an X version. The new grip fits my hand much better and makes it very pleasant to shoot.
30 cents of plastic and charge $65 Biden Bucks to suckers. No wonder DC and the BATF think gun owners are dumb.
