  • Get the Highest Quality Electrolyte euvexia.com . When it comes to anti aging and human growth hormone (HGH), most people think first of anti aging products and anti aging pills, not realizing that the best anti aging secret is already inside you.
Human growth hormone has been called the fountain of youth due to its powerful rejuvenating effects, but while injecting it may not be a great idea, boosting HGH naturally is not only rejuvenating, but may also improve health in many other ways.
In this video you will learn how to boost human growth hormone not only for your muslces, losing weight, for height, but how to boost human growth hormone for over all health that is natural and cost you $0.00. It is absolutely free.
Human Growth Hormone is naturally produced in the body, but there are many dietary and lifestyle factors, like intermittent fasting and HIIT, that can boost the natural production. As we age we tend to make less human growth hormone, which is a major factor in aging, so as we get older it makes a lot of sense to learn how to boost HGH naturally.
In this video Dr Ekberg will give you the human growth hormone facts and explain how to naturally stimulate the production of HGH for maximum, anti aging benefits.

I've tried to loose my belly fat for 20 years and by watching this guys videos i am for the first time losing belly fat. I always ate relatively healthy but could not understand why the belly fat would not reduce even thou i did cardio exercise. So basically the insulin resistence was my main problem as i always had that afternoon slump where i felt exhausted and could not understand why. Insulin resistence was the problem. Low carbs and a lot less sugar and alcohol although not excessive was the problem. My blood pressure has come down and my belly for the first time in 20 years is shrinking. Simple stomach execises which i thought would not work because they seemed to easy worked tremendously. This guy is a genious and i am addicted to the videos.

I've been watching your videos for about a month now and the free invaluable knowledge I have gathered is amazing. It actually has changed my life in terms of diet. I've made drastic changes, including avoiding snacks, large breakfast, not eating too close before sleeping etc. My body is definitely becoming more adapted. I am doing just two meals a day now, a light lunch, solid dinners and making sure I get enough micro nutrients in. I have reduced my carb intake by around 90% which is probably the biggest change. I was eating way too much grains and wheats. Now if I do have some carbs it's just a small portion.

Dear Dr Ekberg, your video content is the most informative and compelling health advice I've found on CZcams. After a stressful few weeks, I stumbled onto your content and finally understood WHY my HRV/RHR metrics had plummeted during this stressful time.
Upon building this understanding, I have been able to see an immediate (after 1 day) step change improvement simply by: 1. Consciously being aware that my mind was activating a physical stress response and redirecting it 2. Through breathing exercises, which immediately calmed a panic feeling I'd had for several weeks.
I have been binge watching your content and am now implementing an overhaul of my routines to extend my fasting, conduct daily breathing and reduce sugar. I want to also ask a question related to this video - will place that in another comment.
Thanks again for the great work you are doing - it is truly transformative!

The HGH peaks at the 3 day mark and then recedes at the 5 day mark, (for most people). Thanks for all of your videos. You are literally saving lives.

I love your videos, Dr. Eckberg, and intend to listen to them all! You speak at just the right speed for us to both listen and reflect on what you are saying, so thank you for that; you're quite rare in that respect. I would like to know what you eat during a typical day -- actual close-ups of your plates. Some say as we get older we need to, for example, eat from a small plate. But that's hard to do when you go 16 hours without eating and then 8 hours after breakfast -- and when you're also trying to exercise regularly and occasionally to an extreme for the "good stress." If you haven't already done that in a video, that would be my request. Thanks again!

Yes. If you loose to much weight your body is gonna tell you to eat. If you have excess fat (in the case of males that‘s roughly 15+% bodyfat) and you‘re plenty fat adapted that‘ll happen rarely. Once you‘re at a healthy bodyfat percentage your body is going to be more needy.
