The Malerweg trail (112km) is one of the most famous hiking trails in Germany. It´s a diverse hiking through a fascinating sandstone rocky landscape.

We hiked the Malerweg in 2019! I think it's a really great hike! We sure loved it! Your video sure gives a good view of how it's like! We didn't camp on the way, but I think if I would do it again, I would camp! :-) All the best! Kaat

Nice to hear! During that time I was using the LUMIX DMC-LX100EGK with a gimbal and IPhone8. Last year I changed to the GH5 from Panasonic.

If you ever come to Germany it´s worth it! Have you been on the Skye trail so far?
@@hikingexperience I've not been on the Skye trail but I'm looking at being up that way later next year. I'm thinking of visiting Germany in 2021 I'd like to do the via ferrata up zugspitze so I may be able to look at this trail and extend my trip
