Hello, sorry for all the questions I'm about to ask but looking to buy a tub and it's hard to properly judge otherwise. Could you tell me the soaking depth, gallon capacity, and your height. As well as if you're able to actually submerge completely? This tub looks lovely.
John Gotti I’m 5’11 and just got one. Sit comfortably in it. I thought they had regular jets like most tubs but it seems more of a pulse type push. Not bad and maybe it’s because the motor is small but that’s pretty much the only negative
Hi. Thanks for posting this video. I want to install one in my bathroom where I have a reduced space but I do have a regular alcove tub. I see that this one has access through the front. Was this easy to install? Do I need any other access or it’s just through the front. This could be perfect!! I hope you reply. thanks
We had our contractor install it, but yes, as far as I know, it was just through the front. There are removable panels on the front through which you access all of the controls (and where the optional heater goes). The only "issue" he had was that it was slightly bigger than the space, so he had to cut a bit into the 2x4s on one side for it to fit. But you can't tell at all.
We are in the middle of installing one of these now. We also had to thin out the wall between the tub and vanity for it to fit. The wall there was knocked down and then rebuilt to fit the tub. Nothing big just needed 7/16 of an inch more for it to fit.
Hi there! I came across this video! Did you have issues with the tub drain kit? Mine keeps leaking on the top overflow. If so, what did you do to help with the issue
When I first had it installed was one holes leaking but I believe he did not double checked for anything Plummer fixed it .I like it but had to get tile and flooring I have not completely got all Bill's yet
The front of the tub (long side) has a removable panel with access to the "guts". So, if you want your drain on the left side as you look at that front panel, you'd get the "left drain" version, and vice versa. In the video, you see the left drain version.
i just got one and i made sure i got left side drain because the shower pipes were to the left when you walk into the rest room so imagine if you get a ride side drain and your shower head is to the left and your drain is to the right then you have to lay down directly under your shower head and it makes no sense when draining either.
Not that I know of, but you can use one that goes on top of the drain, or use one of these every once in a while, which is what I do: Drain Clog Remover,3 Pack Snake Clog Remover Tool,Drain Cleaner Tool for Sink,Tube Drain Cleaning,Hair Clog Remover. a.co/d/bcKyrOw
I believe the way the heater works is it simply maintains the temperature of the water (i.e. it adds heat just to get the temp to stay the same). I tried to look on American Standard's site, but they don't answer your question. @@sounsite I got one last month. I use my laser thermometer and try to get it close to 98-100 degrees. The water temperature seems to top out at about 102 on its own after that. I tend to stay in for 45 minutes each time. I've taken about 8 baths so far and I enjoy it.
No, it's not too loud to relax. It's mainly loud in the video because the water is running and the water height isn't covering the jets. 👍🏻
I just picked one up at Home Depot! I was shocked how light it is. Probably 70 pounds for entire thing box and all.
I just bought one of these at Home Depot! For $599.00 actual is $1,500.00 Thanks for the video upload very nice!

@@alanwindeknecht5606 can you get a stronger motor for the jets and how hot can the heater keep it?

Is it as loud as it sounds? Not sure i could relax with noise. But i want to get it. Thanks for the upload!
I'm in love💕
Are you still in love with it? I just bought this tub, waiting for it to be delivered and installed
@@receivelight any update?
Hello I am considering one of these Whirlpool tubs. What's your review of the whirlpool system? Is it worth the money compared to a standard tub?
any update?
Hi! Is this the natural color of your bath water? Blue ish tinge? We have the same
I was considering buying this tub. What are your impressions of it?
Looks like The video has been up for a few years. Has the tub given you any trouble, problems? Would you still recommend it?
Hi there! We don't use it very often, but when we do, it's a great jacuzzi tub (especially for the price!). We love it!
. The size of this Everclean jet tub looks very small for a 60", I wonder if it would be comfortable for my height 6ft.?

I’m so sorry I can’t help with your issue. We never had any issues with the drain kit. Good luck!
Can you take the jet covers off?
Good thing you had 3” of water above the jets before activating them. 🤦♂️
stupid question, but where do you plug in the power and hide the wire?
Wish I could help! Our contractor got it all hooked up to electricity behind the tub exterior… An electrician should be able to help.
Any leaking issues at drain?

This might sound crazy but what's the difference between left drain and right drain
The front of the tub (long side) has a removable panel with access to the "guts". So, if you want your drain on the left side as you look at that front panel, you'd get the "left drain" version, and vice versa. In the video, you see the left drain version.

This is the 60x32.
Can the heater be set at 93 degrees or lower?
