Miss James McFadden in the Scotland team, not saying he was the best striker we ever had, but he was great still, could make things happen score a goal out of nothing and scored a few screamers. We've not got anyone like that in the current squad unfortunately

I'm an everton fan and I heard about this scottish dribbling wing wizard we signed. I was not disappointed and I thought HE was the guy that people wud go and pay to go and see a very exciting player, cud be a genius on his day. I have seen some serious talent world class talent from him especially in an everton jersey from him. I was gutted when he left us.
He really was the “Gallus” type.Who produced so many wonderful memories for club and country. 💙

Inconsistent at club level but always, always delivered at international level during an era when we had some poor players alongside him
If, and it's still a big IF, qualification is secured by the time we play Gibraltar then we have to call Faddy up so he can play, get him his 49th cap and then play a friendly at home before the Euros where he can get his 50th, get onto the Roll of Honour and get a send off. Will probably do the team good too to be around a maverick like him - believe you're better than the rest and you can be as good as you want. That's how Faddy played.

we deserved to qualify for the euro that was a great and heroic campaign and to fall short at the end was horrible, I still salute that team, in a group with the previous world Cup finalists and another team that got to the quarter finals, great effort guys

Got a feeling he will be signing for Wigan.Martinez and Lennon are the only managers left in a job.Who expressed interest in him before.If Maloney can be a star for them.Imagine how well James could do for them,back to his best and in full fitness?His knee is fine,it was just the fact that Everton were playing so well at the end off the season.Was the factor in him starting so few games.It said today that Motherwell will not be signing him,and cant afford his wages.So I reckon it will be Wigan.

According to the boss he is not match fit.Who then calls up Webster who is without a club.James has been playing for a good couple of months now at Well,so you would think he would be match fit.Just needs a good pre season under his belt.And he can come back and show us what it means to him,bye showing guys like Forest the ropes.And hopefully still contributing to the team,as a team player first.How ever knowing he still has that bit of magic when its needed to do something special and get goals

Correct somehow we do not play them in there teens,like the English do.I would love to see the likes of Kenny McLean at St Mirren get a chance early,the lad has great teqnical ability.And should be playing at a higher level,like Johnny Russell and Gary Mackay Steven at Dundee United.And when Harper breaks through at Real Madrid,and Feruz at Chelsea.We should have some real quality in our team.Might be born in other nations,but they want to play for us and will have gone through all the levels
Because of Levein's stubborness, Pride and Stupidity, Scotland will be deprived of a truly skillful player that teams in our world cup group would be terrified of, I say sack Levein and get WALTER SMITH back obviously Walter knows his players, Players Like McFadden and Steven Fletcher will be reinstated, and mabe Scotland might just win a few games,
