Nice bro! I find you don't need big rigs to tackle big snapper even off the rocks. With 15lbs braid, 20lbs fluro leader on a 4000 reel and 7ft rod standard rod gets them out easy peasy.
15p braid would get destroyed on the rocks bro

I got smoked on 20 pound mono the other day had to upgrade to 30 ,15 pound off the rock's is no good and braid is no good on the rock's period

15lb braid actually breaks at around 25-30lb, I only fish braid on all my gear, rocks/beach/boat.Not sure why anyone in this day and age would still use mono for anything, old school as bruh it’s like fishing with a rubber band, you catch waaaay more fish with braid because you can actually feel what is happening, has way less drag in the current, cast’s further, stronger, higher spool capacity.
