    Awesome presentation!
Wish I could figure out the heavy vibration when I turn off my Harvey... Nobody seems to know why it does it ?!? It's done it from the first time I used it and I've only used it a couple dozen times. Tech support told me to use it and if/when it fails to give them a call for repair. I believe mine is the same one you were using.

Tighten your belt. It happened to me as well.

@@billinfallon2634 I recall watching a video that details a mistake in the manual that instructs you to remove a bolt from the motor, but it doesn’t tell you to reinstall it afterwards. Could THAT possibly be an issue with your saw? If you had to remove a bolt to assemble the saw, make sure that bolt goes back where it came from.
FWIW, I have the 4HP saw, which does not require the removal of any bolts. No vibration issues with mine. Good luck!

I have hw110tc and it would vibrate when I shut the saw off. The problem was the cap screw in the center of the pulley that holds the whole assembly together was backing out. This cap screw should have threadlock on it. My machine did not have threadlock on this cap screw from the factory. Tec support sent me new bearings, axle and key ways. When I installed the new assembly , I used threadlock on the cap screw. Problem solved. Just a small amount of slack in the cap screw that holds the assembly together will allow vibration as the blade slows to stop. Hope this helps.

Guys how is it possible that we are in 2023 and cannot workout audio issues. Watching stumpy struggle with that wired mic was just painful. Anyway fantastic info. Thank you.
