  • Some shots,I had to really squeeze the trigger hard to make it work,other then that it shoots amazing,feels small in the hands but fits perfect. but for the trigger it feels like its full of sand.

    The trigger return spring doesn’t help with trigger reset. Could switch it out. They have 2 coil or 3 coil. The magazine disconnect doesn’t help with trigger pull. Pain to remove. The browning mark III design. I was going to get more mcp 35 but not after dealing with the one I picked up.

      I finished the cleaning after the video,the last full cleaning video I did on a handgun got almost 0 views so I do not bother doing that anymore but thanks for watching.

    Mine is one of the sweetest shooting firearms I have. Not one malfunction.

    I've never seen anyone who knows guns use such an excessive amount of lube on a firearm

    • @andrewmontreal
      @andrewmontreal  Před 10 měsíci

      it`s not just lube its clp.If you served in the forces this is normal SOP

    You need to find a new topic for CZcams. This one is not your cup of tea.

    Oil attracts dirt like a wet car on a dirt road creating a Ajax type slurry which destroys guns therefore I use it sparingly or clean after every shooting.

      hello,thanks for watching,I was not clear enough the gun was not like this when I went to the range this was the ``pre soak`` as I just got back,,I decided to film while waiting instead of just staring at it.

    Did u get the trigger issue fixed?

    • @andrewmontreal
      @andrewmontreal  Před 5 měsíci

      a new gun law came into effect,bill c-21,,If I send my gun out of the country even for a warrenty fix I can not have it sent back. I won`t go into it but it is pretty seveer for lawfull gun owners,it affects even compitition shooters.

    Dud light lubrication on wear points, don't douse it. You are causing the failure problems.

    Terrible trigger, but my local gunsmith took care od it for $80~!

      @andrewmontreal  Před 10 měsíci

      I have not used it again since as I`ve reloaded 100`s of slugs but now I got a jam in the magazine tube. I`m happy to hear it worked out for you.

      @@andrewmontreal The trigger feels as good as my 70s built Browning HP. I'm not a gunsmith and my gunsmith said that HPs are a PITA to work on. If I were at all competent I'd try a couple of things that BH Spring Solutions mentioned. Their videos are on CZcams. The trigger now is about 3-1/2 to 4 pounds and still has a very clean break. Oh yeh, the magazine disconnect is now gone~!

      I`ve ben watching Bh`s youtube channel they are great,sadly i`m up in Canada where the law`s are screwed for this kind of work,importing handgun parts are now very strict as they banned them last yr.but thanks for watching!

      I bought their "progressive slide recoil 17 lb spring" and it wouldn't work in my Girsan MC-P35. The fit on the "recoil rod guide" was so tight that the spring wouldn't compress or release when installed. the inside diameter of the spring was so tight on the rod that it was almost an interference fit. I was so disappointed that I simply returned the spring. They responded wanting me to send my guide rod so they so they could check its dimensions. I don't think so~!

      @@dexterwarrington8615 Sorry to hear that,,As I stated in a previous video most of my handguns I`ve for many yrs where all 2nd hand or surplus so obviously they came working fine,I`m not used to owning brand new never fired,,so the ``breaking in`` is a real thing.

    The Magazine disconnect rubs against the front of the magazine when the trigger is pulled. You can see where it rubs and keep it clean. Keep shooting and it will smooth out
