As a builder I congratulate you for being able to use diorite and birch so well
Sounds like ur trying to flex that
Listen, you used diorite and birch. You have gathered major respect from me
Lol, they’re not as bad as I once thought
I've always loved them
@Ignorant Flopper depends on how you texture it, the materials are exactly what was in the build at the end of the video
@Ignorant Flopper the wool amount is relative to how much diorite and birch you add into the walls, so 50 wool is probably pretty accurate or inaccurate depending on how much texturing you want to do.
this is the moment i have been waiting for all my life
This man ventured where no man has before. Birch wood now has a place in this world thanks to this pioneer.
Love it!! More of these cozy, realistic houses please :) Would love a similar house, but close to a river or something.
I’ll keep these houses coming then!
@@BigTonyMC Yay, glad to hear that. Btw! What is that texture pack you're using? I don't recognise those cool window panes. Thanks.
built it in survival and it looks really nice. but i needed waaaayyyy more than 50 white wool
How much wool
@@vWILLYBILLYv 51
Thank you for doing the items I will need list at the start. It really helped! :)
Love these, great builds, easy instructions and they are realistic for survival worlds. Thanks for sharing these with us
Thank you for the build! It was super easy to follow and I loved how it turned out 😊
For a small cottage, this was actually really charming. I love the mixture of roof styles, particularly the rounded contour of the dormer, which seems to be a signature of your build style that really stands out.
The only couple criticisms I would make are:
1. The use of white wool as a wall material feels a bit old fashioned in terms of Minecraft architecture; these days the trend seems to be white terra cotta instead. That said, there's nothing stopping anyone from changing the wall material to be whatever they want it to be. And I must give credit that when building this house in survival, wool is a much more plentiful building material than clay and bonemeal. The only other downside to wool is that it's flammable whereas terra cotta is not, but since campfires don't spread fire that shouldn't be an issue.
2. The use of the same wood all over can make the build feel a little plain. A mixture of woods for different purposes, like dark oak for the roof and birch or oak for the flooring, might make the house stand out more. But again, nothing stopping one from doing that themselves.
3. When laying the upper floor, it may give more visual effect to have some block representing crossbeams, either stripped logs running across, or if you want to be really tricky upside down stairs intermingled with the top slabs to look like thin joists.
All in all though, between this base design and the additions suggested in your previous video, I could easily see building a whole village out of variants of this style. Very nicely done.
I prefer white wool over terracotta for a more rural build like this because the block itself has more texture on it, but also it fits well with a lot of other blocks like diorite and birch to add even more texture. Good ideas about the different wood for the floor or roof and a different material for the beams! If I did it again, I’d have used oak logs instead of spruce planks. Thank you very much for your comment!
I love this build. I changed the block pallette a bit for myself but the design is pretty cool, thanks :D
Good Job! It looks great :D
I like how you explain it! I will surely use this build, thank you so much :D
I love this house, great video!
Thank you!
your build is always simple but very detailed. great work! :D
Thank you very much!
This has to be one of the best tutorials I've seen. You are very clear about where each block needs to go and this was simple to follow. Thank you!
I generally like to consider myself to be pretty creative, but simple and elegant builds like this have just been such a mystery to me. I will never understand how some people can just make stuff like this casually! But it truly is beautiful, awesome video!
Well done on 5K!
My thanks to you Tony was looking for a small build for my farm village this looks amazing
Great build, easy to follow tutorial. Thank you for sharing
Thank you & you’re welcome!
I love this!!! I’ve been so frustrated trying to build a small house that looks cute and still has enough room for me to do what I want in!!! And you explained this so well like thanks so much this was really helpful!!!! :)
Very nice! Good work 💯
Thank you!
This honestly helps me a lot. This helps me become a better builder by practicing these builds and getting better. I have gotten a little better but I still need to learn some new builds till I get to the expert level. I hope these days, my skills will get better
This is actually a lovely lil farmhouse 🙂💯🙏
Thank you :D
this is the best house out there. change my mind
Thank you for this. All my building look almost identical and now when I built this house it's so good.
I love it!
Love the build! What did you use to get your glass to look like that? Is it the shaders or a separate texture pack?
I really love this size and style, I wish you'd make more of these cute villager sized houses.

Oh and can you make a interior tutorial for this ?
And by that I mean a different interior
Thank you so much
Birch is a very underrated block!

I loved this. But instead of wools I used white terracotta. Thanks for the tutorial!! ❤
I want that because that is so beautiful house
BRO SAID 50 WOOL!! made my survival journey hell having to go back and sheer
What is the mod for those stained panes?
You’ll need a lot more than 50 wool but awesome build 🔥🔥🔥
Everyone building very very big houses while meh following tutorials to make small farmhouses
I'm starting this build and I'm curious how you get the stained glass looking like that, is it a texture pack?
Yes
What resource pack or so do you use? The pane glass is different.
Please make a barn!
:)
The house reminds me of a 30-40s farm house in England
You use texture pack for the glass?
What texture pack are you using for the windows?
hi sorry the thing in the items list what is it you need 17 of?
that's brown carpet (or any color of carpet that you want to use)
@@BigTonyMC thank you very much
@@_sponge2603 np!
Tony Soprano? Is that you?
Please make a town hall, for villager trading.
What texture pack and shader is this??
BSL shaders and a glass texture I made myself
i'm still waiting for your boat house tutorial
You will probably be waiting for a while then because I’ve never built a boat house before
Your voice reminds me of Topher Grace. ,😋

Me: pauses video before decoration and does a completely different interior
also me: Yeah it might've been good to see how he did the top...
I Will Make This House In My Survival World With Birch And Diorite As Well Cuz I Need Details ;)

Now i know that my diorite have a use
4:30
Would have been nice if u gave better material list because it ain't just 50 wool ur using alot more
5:31 personal timestamp
3:34
R.I.P to the amount of sheep I had to kill to make this house
This is for slave?
Great build but the amount of items is waaaayyy off
The materials is exactly what I used in the video
@@BigTonyMC had to get some extra wool. Still cool build tho
Who watching in 2024
Aj
meh but not liking
NOT 50 WOOLS BUT 111
He kinda sounds like Mark Ruffalo
I love the build, but you went a bit fast, so it was somewhat stressful to build.
Yeah it’s decent but he used far more wool than he said he was going to use. Now I’m stranded with half a house made of wool.
Stand weed roof instructions here 5:02
Loved the part where you lied about the materials list!
That wasn’t a part
I don’t like I was trying to build it then I ran out of wool I needed more than 50 but the build is great
Dammit. The 51 wool wasn't enough :/
Did you mix it with the other blocks? 🤔
@@BigTonyMC indeed I did. My mistake I didn't watch the tutorial haha. Just the blocks needed heh
@@BigTonyMC just finished. Thank you so much!!
anyone who is texturing the house use calcite instead of birch and diorite
wool 50+
I don’t like I was trying to build it then I ran out of wool I needed more than 50
You said 50 wool
That’s from the finished build, mix it in with the birch and diorite and that will be enough
