Just a tip. Fry the mushrooms in oil and add some salt chilli powder and turmeric to your mushrooms. Very tasty that way. Also instead of cooking then separately. Cook the mushrooms like this. Then cook the eggs and them make the noodles dry by adding less water and then add the cooked mushrooms and eggs to it making it a very tasty dish.
