My 1988 Pathfinder had the older flat dash, which felt very old and truck like. My 1994 Pathfinder has the newer smoother "round dash". Initially, it felt better and more updated and aesthetic. Over the years, I've realized, anything in the passenger side pocket will fly out on a hard turn. That paperwork won't stay on the dash. Now that I've bough some Goal Zero solar panels, and I've tried to put some on the dash to charge portable power banks, it's been a hassle. I miss the old flat dash, which would have been ideal for tossing up some Goal Zero Nomad solar panels.
Great job on the dash swop and I'm sure that you really wanted that new dash, but why didn't you just shave the old one, apply some foam and re-vinyl it?
@@choppedupgarage8818 ohh ok i see, i saw those gps speedometer, they have 3 settings, 4000, 8000, and 10,000 is the miles per hour, but I'm not sure if the Nissan hardbody runs on 2000, or 4000 i been searching a lot
@@choppedupgarage8818 i would consider it maybe if it was easier. But good job on the swap man. I would do after market gauges for water temp and oil psi its simple to do and cheap

How did you replace the vin number plate?
the a/c ..did u swap the box and tubes over or didn't a/c delete?
Did you have to change out any of the wiring harness or was it just a plug and play.

No I didnt ended up going with a gps spedo and aftermarket tach and sold the truck

The big brace in the center and the small brackets on the sides the small bracket at the bottom in the center. I think that's it
