- REFX has released an upgrade for the VST plugin Nexus: NEXUS 3.
This is the first episode of a multi-part tutorial on Nexus 3. In this episode I will show you how to use the librarian page, i.e. the browser, to find and load sounds, we look at the arpeggiator and the trancegate. We take a look at the main effects like reverb, delay, filter and limiter, and we take a first look at the modulation page and the system page. Have fun!

Unfortunately no, it can only receive one sound on one channel

nice..but still no in synce tempo with DAW.!!..eapecialy when using a arp instr..
when i just a bit before or after the beat play?? it gets very messy and blurry on sound. so i still need to use an externe arpegio to keep in sync with ritme.
How to enable colors in finder? I can see them only if pick one of filter (dark, bright, active, etc...) But I want to see them in general

I am interested in changing the presets sounds, but before I do that I want to know how to revert back to the original sound (factory preset) again.
Is there a way to automate effects such as modulation in Nexus 3?
When I apply an LFO to the pan, how can I get the pan to sweep from Left to Right? Right now it's panning from left and right from the center only.

There is one problem I feel about nexus. The internal parameters like effects, gate, modulation can't be automated. That's a little disappointing

There are tons of editing options in this "only" Rompler ....! With the "Rompler" Roland U-110, for example, and many other "devices" of this era, there was nowhere near these editing options .... Therefore: How can you ask such a question ...
Disappointing that you didn't touch on Macro Assignments and how to manage them quickly. i.e. Macros for pitch-bending for Ableton live users etc.

HI FROM ITALY! Is there a way to have an instance of nexus and then open midi tracks with other nexus sounds? I use Cubase! I can't find a way to assign midi 1 midi 2 midi 3 etc...on nexus....so as to use only one Nexus. Thank you

Shouldn’t be any issue. Go to their website for ReFX and read around. Worst case you open a support ticket, but it should be compatible with Mac.

This design is a huge downgrade imo.......:(
I like it because its bigger and you can preview sounds and the old design I hated.
