- Snow has arrived to the Eastern Slopes and we couldn't be more excited for the season of quiet and stillness. As much as we love lush warm summers, winter is equally magical and brings its own medicine and serenity. Its truly miraculous to see these horses living and thriving in the harshest of conditions. The epitome of strength and resilience and ever more reassurance that these animals are native to these lands.

One more thing, you sould make a video about the history of the mustang of how this horse breed came to North America from Spain by the conquistadors 400 years ago and you should also meet Mustang Meg too. She's from Oregon and has been studying wild horses for years in the South Steens mountains and her website is called mustang wild.
