I literally saw it with my own eyes in montreal, where the guard basically told the guys who were involved with the gangs who was "no good" meaning who had bad paperwork, they snitched on their co-defendant, and this wasn't even inside the jail yet, mind you, this was in the bullpen on the way to jail, so by the time the dude gets to the jail then the whole prison know who the snitches are.

Luckily i got off easy and got a 2 year suspended sentence probation. Stopped using and selling and this is why canadian system is better. In america i would have done time hands down and been conformed to the system by now and probably resent society even more and all those connections with criminals ive made in the 4+ years i wouldve gotten would make it even harder to just integrate back into regular society and talk about the weather

Bros, I was in a remand centre and I was hated by some of the prisoners and I think it was just because I wasn’t a good fit for the unit so I told the guy from chambers that I should probably move but fuck it, I should stay because it’s jail and it’s not supposed to fun and I better get over it. Two days later the whole unit got locked down and searched and a bunch of dudes got fucked over and everyone pretty much figured out it was me even tho I had no intention of getting anyone in trouble I was just trying to get more context around the process of moving units. Needless to say, despite the fact that I just laid low after that I was not popular and I had one kid in particular try to ruin my time. I got out shortly after that. Am I fucked

    • @tfit780

Yeah the guards are terrible and they'll do things to make it seem like it's your fault. I remember one time when I stayed at the remand for a few days before i got transferred to drumheller, I left my list of phone numbers by the desk when I had to leave the pod for something. I came back and my phone numbers was gone. I asked the guard if he moved it somewhere and you know what he did? He used his announcer microphone to announce to the whole pod that if anyone stole my list of numbers to give it back to me. He purposely made me look like a rat.

I know a couple of people who got slapped up for no reason on their first day in jail, robbed, almost every person I know who served time has gotten into a fist fight. As for you comment about having nothing to be scared about entering a Canadian prison, I say BULLSHIT! There is PLENTY to be scared about, and the average newbie had better be careful about minding his manners and not getting roped into a situation where he owes any kind of debt!

Facts there is are articles about Canadian prison rape. In Alberta COs sodimized one inmate and fingered one inmate during a strip search. In Nova Scotia one CO resigned from raping three female inmates after the raping one of them were sent to a psych hospital for four years heavily medicated and returned to the Nova Scotia prison forced to apologize.

People end up in jail because they struggle to follow rules like this 'content' creator (if you even want to call him that), so why would anyone consistently follow rules IN jail? truth is, THEY DONT. Dont let bullies and societys most selfish backwards people tell you what to do. You need to lie in jail to protect yourself when you come out.

Lol are you serious with this?? Have you ever been in a prison? The things you are saying are right but you don't seem like someone who has spent most their lives In jail.. and buddy trust me if you are solid and stick to yourself you will be fine In prison but you still can't tell people it's a cake walk and not to fear it because you can lose your life real quick in prison.. I've been in alot of the Canadian federal prisons and im guessing you went to camp at fembrook or somewhere like that where there are no walls it's minimum security?? But most people aren't that lucky i can't get there and trust me the difference between the minimum and medium and then max are big differences... anyway Im not trying to be a dick or anything so I hope I don't come off like that because im just expecting to you that you are saying things that aren't in Canadian prison system because we have no pc in prison anymore for a long time now last time I was in prison was about 8 or 9 years ago,I did almost 5 years on a robbery charge and I was in joycville on the already proceed side and I was in Collins Bay and I was in workworth which honestly has the worst reputation because it used to be a sex offenders prison but now they have them on their own building separate from regular population and it's not pc but it's definitely the closest thing to protective custody in prison but workworth was a fuckin blast i was bringing in a half pound of weed every week for a while and I had a store and I made moonshine and I was literally the best guy in the jail at making liquor and not getting caught and I was the only guy the goof guards used to bother because everyone knew it was me making it, and honestly that's how I past my time playing cat and mouse with the guards pretty much every day so I had people everywhere holding different pieces of my still and i would always change who I trusted with the mash of alcohol still fermenting to distil.. and I didn't get caught ever so I used to taunt the guards and laugh at them.. I would distil all night long because even when they see me doing it during a walk or something id laugh because would finish the rest of what I had to do and I would bang on the wall and my neighbour would take everything related to alcohol that was in my cell because I knew they would be at my door before any cells opened and then they open up and pull me out and search me and my cellie and then destroy my cell and the hole time I am laughing so hard at them im almost pissing my pants lol it was honestly the best place I have ever had to endure because I made it a huge game and I was the winner so consistently that the guards hated me and the only reason is because they search every day and nothing lol anyway I thought I would put something in here that actually is what happens in prison.. and your paperwork will tell everyone what your charges are so I don't know why your taking about that but ya lol keep it up though bro nothing but respect

People are only in jail for a day. Best example for jail I can think of is police stations. In prison, you’re there for a long period of time. Both places will have corrections officers watching over you.

Yes, you can buy it from the prison which is the most expensive option $200-$250
