I don't know too much about Ukraine, but one thing I am learning quickly is that they are real fighters. To think that both the past president and the current president have not fled and are instead fighting for their country is just outstanding! I am so sorry to everyone that has to go through this. My heart goes out to the people of the Ukraine. I think President Zelensky's legacy speaks for itself. Here is a humble and kind man taking on a tough job and even more-so during this war. He's not giving up, never will, until the battle is over and peace prevails in Ukraine. I hope Ukraine does win, but also pray for a quick end to this situation. Please keep all of Ukraine in your prayers and thoughts. Help them by providing anything you can offer: food, water, clothes, shelter, communication with families, even emotional and spiritual support. We must also keep the citizens of Russia in our prayers, too. They are caught in the middle of this war, despite not ever wanting it to happen. There are Russians with close families and friends living in Ukraine. They don't agree with what Putin and his regime is doing.
I’d dare say that we have never seen a leader like this in our western societies. There is no denying this man’s charisma, courage, competence, and compassion.
