The power of the mind is such that if we believe for sake of argument, that 40 is middle-aged, our bodies will then begin that process physically. Another eg, if two people have a stroke and are in wheelchairs, the person who only THINKS about exercise will have less muscle waste than the one who doesn’t. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and through personal experience, I totally agree with this brilliant man. We buy in to so many self-limiting beliefs

A question. Due to the reason that Gary Brecka gives for the reason he left the insurance agency

Why would he now sell health products (maybe more$$$???) instead of creating a software that would show drug interactions. All The drugs and amounts- that someone took- could be Input. A ‘pop-up would appear when there were issues. Gary Brecka could create and sell a cross platform software to the hospital industry (like ‘my chart’
where all the different places that people get medical care, the drugs would be inputted and the drug interactions would be mapped. )
Maybe this sort of thing is out there.
    I mention this
. as I was ‘lucky’ (if you want to call it that). I was ‘lucky’ while my father was on hospice, a drug interaction doctor would come and evaluate my fathers drugs (Alzheimer’s-heavy duty drugs). The doctor would adjust as needed and remove some IMMEDIATLEY! This opened my eyes to knowing that there needs to be a platform for drug interactions (including supplements).

I found this channel, as I'm a Derren Brown fan. After watching that interview, I watched another, then another and so on...
There is a specific skill set to be a Great interviewer, it's ignored, but it's a fact. You have Mastered that skill set, Mastered. Amazing guests, but how you get them to be So comfortable, so open to feel free to talk as they do, to make Great interviews. That's a skill in it's self. We don't see the hard work you put in, just the outcome, as That's what people want, and you Deliver... No judgment, but Content, That's what a Great interview Should be, and that's what you deliver.

Florida. Look this guy up before you think about that. I did some simple searches. I have no opinion of him one way or another. Just do a bit of an ‘internet dive’ and decide for yourself.
Also, in life, I do some things (hydration IV’s etc) because I want to -right or wrong. So, in the end- we all have our own opinions and what we do with those opinions (even if not based on facts, or based on partial facts, is our decision).
I hope this doesn’t sound like a scrambled post. Basically I’m saying check it out before buying any tests.

That's actually a good point. If people knew when they might die roughly. Then lots of people would change their daily habits and extend their life.
By doing that the amount of medical required would go down. Saving money and prioritizing health through food and exercise rather then pill popping to reduce symptoms cause by bad diet and exercise
