I can’t remember why I watched your channel, because I’m really into freeze dryers right now and after watching this video I realized you must not have one. I know why I subscribed; you present very well, and I love the recipes. You don’t mention your Amzn store, at least not that I recall, but I came across it while searching for which of my subs have one that have things I want. The Cuisinart 14 is one if them. When I’m ready I will come back! I’ll also come back to re-watch this vid, I’m 30-40 years older than you and I can’t read those pop-up comments of yours fast enough while still paying attention to what you’re saying. I didn’t want to pause every few seconds to read them. I wish I had as huge a kitchen as you! Did I mention in another of my responses that I wish I could go back 40 years and find a woman like you that likes to cook? Of course there wasn’t an internet back then.. desktop computers were still a new idea. When I bought my house 22 years ago, building one wasn’t an option, but at least I had plenty of options to choose from, it wasn’t a feeding frenzy like now. Expect in about 20 years, if not already, to begin seeing offers to buy your home (from people who don’t seem to think “if they sold me their home, they’d have no place to live, so I shouldn’t bother” who just want to buy low and flip it). Where was I? No, I still haven’t made the marshmallows yet! I need to buy a mixer first and $400+ is a little too much right now. You seem to have a recurring nightmare of needing things fixed. Have you thought about an electric stove top with a flat ceramic surface? I can only imagine the day when something boils over and you’re trying to clean up the mess around those gas burners. You remind me of the customers I used to deal with who were never satisfied with what they got.. but you’re not those people as you are satisfied for the time being. I had more, but it’s late and I’m old. Maybe someday I’ll remember LOL

I grew up with a gas stove, and I personally prefer it over electric, even though the cleaning is a little trickier. I could never get the hang of the electric stove in my husband's and my rental before we moved here, so if we have to switch, we'll likely go with induction, which has a similar easy-to-clean ceramic cooktop to electric stoves :)
