I really appreciate how well you've explained what to look for in the dough!

Looks yummy, thanks! I invested in a Stasher reusable silicone bag and I place my spare dough balls in there, works awesome. I place my dough on parchment paper and placed it on my pizza peel onto my very hot pizza stone.

Oh, I've never thought to put my pizza dough in my Stasher bags! Do you separate the dough balls with parchment or put it all together in one big lump?

Now I want homemade pizza!!! 🍕🍕This looks so good! I want to try the tomato paste with seasonings added in. Great idea instead of buying pizza sauce. How were the mushrooms?

Very good! Not crispy like when they are sautéed separately in a pan, but they were still good, and I didn't have to wash an extra pan ;)

I was wondering how long ahead of time you can make the dough the day you want to eat the pizza and it would be safe sitting out uncovered?

It's safe to leave dough out, but yeast ferments at room temperature, so it's best to follow the recipe card instructions on proofing and storage. That will ensure you don't overproof the dough, which can lead to a tough pizza.
I have plenty of tips for making the dough in advance in the blog post and in the recipe card on my website at floralapron.com/thin-crust-pizza-dough/ :)

Did you cook pizza in breville oven?

Not in this video, but I used the same recipes in my 6-month update video on the Breville during the Pizza segment :)

I have a small kitchen and do not have an oven but I do have a Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro and the pizzas are phenomenal.

Our boy has been on a thin crust pizza craze lately. Going to have to try these. Dominos and Little Caesars ain't going to like this video. :)

Ooooh, love that! It's a really easy dinner if you only have to thaw the dough, too!
