Partially correct: the general rule of thumb for airline safety is that if conditions are pretty bad, pilots should divert to their alternate airport. Unfortunately, this choice is also influenced for all the side effects it may have for the airline (depending on the countries and airline policies): in some cases, the airlines are responsible to pay for the accomodations, food and transportation of the passengers (who have arrived to, technically, "the wrong place"); in some other cases it's just bad reputation.
The pilots of FlyDubai 981 were so commited to land at Rostov-on-Don that they waited for two hours flying in circles near the airport to see if conditions improved. During that time, another airliner tried unsuccesfully four landing attempts, before giving up and going to an alternate airport.
Keep in mind that the airport wasn't exactly closed (meaning weather was not below the minimum conditions to operate it); the minimums were met, so the choice was up to the pilots if they decided to try the approach (sounds silly, but minimums indicate it's relatively safe to land at the airport... if you are lucky enough to avoid very bad weather in the approach).

The pilots saw evidence they were flying into a windshear, a powerful downdraft that has the potential to slam the plane against the ground if pilots decide to keep going lower and lower. The danger is this: imagine the windshear as a powerful stream of water splashing from the faucet into the sink (it splashes in every direction): windshears are the same, but with air.
The trick is this: as the plane flies into the windshear, it will meet powerful head winds, which increase the airspeed and give the plane more lift causing it to climb... but you are in a landing, you want to go down; so, many pilots make the logic choice of reducing the power on their engines to lower the airspeed and keep their approach. This seems like a good idea... until you enter the core of the windshear, the powerful downdraft that pushes the plane down. If you haven't crashed with anything yet, when you exit the windshear the winds that previously gave you lift now are blowing from the tail, having the opposite effect as before (reducing even more the airspeed when you most need it, reducing the lift of the wing). If you are flying already to low and too slow, the plane will stall and crash. Delta Flight 191 discovered this the bad way: czcams.com/video/HDfodeURad0/video.html
The only option pilots have when detecting a windshear is to apply maximum power and let the plane climb (to have more room between the plane and the ground should they meet the worst part of the powerful downdraft). When planes are too low, there is nothing to do to save a plane.

While it has happened (a pilot flying the plane into the ground), somatografic illusions are real risks for pilots since the early days of aviation, specially when flying tired, under stressful conditions and poor visibility. Without any signals of ill will, mental disorders or willing actions meant to make the impact into the ground worse, almost the only explanation left is the pilot lost awareness of the plane's behavior and acted trusting its senses, not the instruments (it's not the first time it happens).

    Most crashes are Boeing 737

Being one of the most popular planes since it was launched (several decades ago), this is not a surprise. It doesn't mean it's unsafe, in itself (while some accidents can be traced to poor practices from the airlines or the manufacturers, "widlely use" also means "widely exposed to suffer accidents").

They all are re-enactments and animations of non-fictional events.

    • @DocuzanQuitomos

As mentioned, they are reenactments, both using actors and 3D animations of the accident; you can look for the complete documentary tv series under the names of "Air Crash Investigation" or "Mayday" (depending on the country, the name changes). Some people sometimes ask "but why? can't they use real footage or some less dramatic resources?". Well, reenactments are chosen to show all the action in the cockpit since real footage would look like this: czcams.com/video/iun3fTMaHus/video.html
And yeah, that video is the real crash of FlyDubai 981

Not a stall,This is a type of illusion caused buy our mental orientation, this illusion makes us do the opposite of what you mean to do, for ex:steering a car right, but what u actually did is steer the car left, this illusion is scientifically called “somatogravic” illusion, some times it can be very dangerous, this illusion occurred to the pilots of fly Dubai 981 , so the pilot thought as he was pulling the yoke , but what he’s actually what he was doing was pushing the yoke down
