One thing i can say about this doctor I love him,I love how he educated people like my self every time I watch his behind the mask podcast I learn so much I want to do my surgery but am in no rush,am 35 about to be 36 this year I want to have a baby first but if it doesn't happen this year I know for sure I will be having mine i hope to God I get this wonderful doctor to do me
OMG ur saving for even considering making a bad decision to get JPLASMA. Most DRs wonât tell us this stuff and the lady is asking some great follow up questions. So is smart lipo the same as VaserâŠ.maybe itâll be answered in the vid but just wanna know if vaser is better then traditional or just stick w traditionalâŠ.

Happy I listened to this video before doing đair sculpt. Had no idea about possibility of developing scar tissue, the affect of heat. And possibly not going deeper. Love the education on this channel. I was wondering if experienced plastic surgeons were using the newer techniques. Question answered and more.
After having a Sonoma with a swollen tummy from surgery, will the stomach be able to go back flat after wearing the faga for couple of week. 9 weeks post op. Still have a big tummy from the Sonoma

So if you had lipo one time a 2nd round will it be much better and no scar tissue?
Wow! That's so informative! So the fat pocket that's in the "cage" that you cant get to via lipo- is that the same as the encapulated unabsorbed seroma fluid that has hardened?
Kind of. Not exactly. The seroma cavity with a capsule is a little different. Think of it as a liquid (seroma) inside a naval orange (thick peel)--but just the peel. The inside of the orange, that actual orange that you eat is the seroma and it has a thick rind on the outside. That's why you have to remove it all--the whole orange--otherwise if you just drain it the peel is still there and the fluid will just come back. It all has to be removed at the same time. The fibrosis is more like black and regular colored spaghetti all mixed together.
Thank You for all your info! I am so Thankful I found you. I had Airsculpt fat transfer to my breasts last year but feel like the Dr. went too low on my back/top of my butt. I lost my natural convex shape. My butt looks so small now. Is this something you can fix?

Great video, as always! How necessary is exparel, in your opinion, for the 360? It costs an extra $500, and just wondering if it's essential for pain management, given the opioids I will already be on.
Exparel is a great drug. I can't use it because I always use lidocaine for my liposuction and you can't combine Exparel and lidocaine.
Hi. Dr.William I was wondering if you only have hip dip on one side do you have to have a bbl.
If you want to have any fat transferred to your gluteal area that is a BBL regardless of whether it is just hip dips or just one side for example.
Dr. Willaim, what are your thoughts on Bodytite or J.Plasma to tighten skin during liposuction?

It's a laser like smartlipo. It was invented about ten years ago. Has not been adopted by plastic surgeons.
Dr William how long is the procedure typically when you perform Lipo360 ?
Hard to say everyone is so different but 2-3 hours at least.

Thanks for sharing Dr. I am 41 and I am planning to get arms, tummy and inner thighs lipo. Will i have saggy skin after lipo because of my age? What do u think about vaser lipo with stitched incision?
I am not a big fan of vaser lipo--I have just seen so much fibrosis from it but I know some people love it. Hard to say about the sagging because you can be 50 and not have loose skin afterwards and be 30 and have saggy skin. It is so variable. I would have to see you to really say.
@Dr William Miami can I say skin with no stretch marks will not have saggy skin after lipo? Does vaser laser help in tightening the skin after lipo? I am 53kg and 156cm, not very fat. I wish I can see you but I live so far away. Watching from đžđŹ . I love your videos
Hello Singapore! I would see a surgeon where you live and get their opinion. I would say in general you are correct that no stretch marks mean no sagging but it is not 100% so it is better to have someone put their hands on you and see.

Is there no resolution for an encapsulated "old" seroma?
Yes there is treatment. The whole seroma and the total capsule have to be excised together all at once.

What liposuction technique is best for inner and outer thigh liposuction?
I prefer tumescent liposuction for all areas.
Is smart lipo the same thing as vaser lipo?
No they are different. Both techniques ultimately use traditional liposuction to remove the fat but they have different technologies to assist them. Smart lipo uses a laser to melt the fat whereas vaser uses ultrasound.
I prefer sedation over general or just local. General was way worse for me recovery wise & feeling like shit. Sedation still was some nausea but not so much and was less out of it later. Just local anesthetic though?...no thanks lol

Omg Iâm extremely worried about J- plasma had a liposuction + J plasma 3 weeks ago and Iâm creasing so bad Iâve had 5 message Endermologie and acupuncture for lymphatic drainage tried tons of different Fajaâs spanks and my surgeon doesnât seems to know why these major creasing is happeningâŠ. Dr William do you have any more info in J plasma ?

Now that we have Micro Coring for the face. Do you see that same procedure happening for the body? Taking larger or more cores simultaneously? Especially around letâs says the lower buttocks? arms? Neck? and maybe stomach if thereâs not too much over hanging tissue?
I don't see it moving to the body. Not powerful enough.
