It makes a HUGE difference in my sleep. I’m menopausal and I stopped it for a week recently and I didn’t sleep good and I kept waking up burning hot (menopause 😢). I started it back and slept like a baby under the covers with a normal body temp all night.

Not completely true about not being able to take with opiods. In the case of ULDN around 0.1mg or lower it can potentiate and lessen tolerance.

Shouldn’t be an issue, although if you were using psilocybins, I’d take them a few hours before the naltrexone.

I have hypothyroidism, hashimoto antibodies are only 12. I'm on the liquid 1 milligram per 1 mill... my dr prescribed .5 mill to start. I'm sensitive to meds so I started at .15 and increasing every 5 days or so but never made it to .5.. the highest I got was .4, but this caused anxiety attacks like I've never had. I did notice that prior to getting there I would feel like my thyroid was going over active (165mg compounded natural desiccated porcine thyroid). I would skip taking the thyroid meds for a few days. It surprised me being that my antibodies are so low that I would experience such extreme swing. I'm on the LDN for pain (migraine and fibromyalgia) all I ever take for pain is aleve and herbs. All I can take that doesn't mess with my thyroid meds is .1 a micro dose. Any advice on how to regulate would be appreciated.. thanks

@@johnathanabrams8434it helps conditions associated with nerves, pain, & inflammation. It is assumed it does so by suppressing microglial agitation / overactivity in the brain. Some other mechanisms too, such as stimulating endorphins.
Just because many conditions involve chronic nerve pain, pain and general, and inflammation - doesn't mean it "cures everything."
It's now being discovered that inappropriate nerve signaling plays a gigantic role in the cycle of keeping chronic conditions bad, without recovery.
For a sprained ankle - the body causing inflammation makes sense. Hurts a lot, but, helps healing.
But not when you have a chronic condition. That makes it worse. Chronic inflammation is itself, like a disease.
