@shelldempsey aahhww i know what you mean. too many people dont really talk about their feelings, and dont say they are proud of their children and alot dont even say i love you. it always makes me tear up too. but know that even though they dont say it you probably make your parents proud too! :) but parents dont realize how much it means to just hear them say it..
It's good that you saw it on TV One. So did I. I was fascinated by Brooklyn Sudano and captivated by her performance. I was surprised when I actually bought the movie itself on DVD and discovered that were at least two or three deleted scenes shown on the DVD that wasn't shown on the TV One edition. Maybe they did that for time constraints. The DVD is better! Get it!
