  • A Georgia judge was shocked when two "YSL" gang members rejected the state's plea deals on Thursday ahead of Young Thug's RICO trial. "Young Slime Life" members Tenquarius Mender, aka Nard, faces 50 years if convicted of charges against him, while Derontae Bebee, aka Be, faces a life sentence. The judge asked the two co-defendants to reconsider the plea deal during a short break.

I did 5 years in state prison and had 10 years of parole after I got out. I went to work every single day and as soon as the day was over I went straight home. Everyone called me boring and a square but I was successfully released because I knew any little things I would do 10 years and not one of those people that laughed at me and called me names was going to do that time for me

I think it's a dope way to sentence someone. I'm sure there are many other ways to sentence perpetrators. Young people developing crime habbits must be taken to a cold place somewere in the antarctica to work.Change the Environment, thats all. Give them a different, but at the same time shocking experience.

What doesn't make sense to me is they are facing 20 - 30 years because they are allegedly dangerous criminals who can't live in society (the entire point of prison) but if they betray their co-defendant then they are magically no longer dangerous and released from prison. I can't help but feel the system is extremely flawed and out dated.
