- A Georgia judge was shocked when two "YSL" gang members rejected the state's plea deals on Thursday ahead of Young Thug's RICO trial. "Young Slime Life" members Tenquarius Mender, aka Nard, faces 50 years if convicted of charges against him, while Derontae Bebee, aka Be, faces a life sentence. The judge asked the two co-defendants to reconsider the plea deal during a short break.

I did 5 years in state prison and had 10 years of parole after I got out. I went to work every single day and as soon as the day was over I went straight home. Everyone called me boring and a square but I was successfully released because I knew any little things I would do 10 years and not one of those people that laughed at me and called me names was going to do that time for me
I think it's a dope way to sentence someone. I'm sure there are many other ways to sentence perpetrators. I said the same thing. you are right
What doesn't make sense to me is they are facing 20 - 30 years because they are allegedly dangerous criminals who can't live in society (the entire point of prison) but if they betray their co-defendant then they are magically no longer dangerous and released from prison. I can't help but feel the system is extremely flawed and out dated.
Extremely flawed, but they do that to keep tabs on them. Statistically speaking most people are repetitive offenders unfortunately.
Yeah sounds about right. So In other words if he snitches on his homies he’s released and he is now a law abiding citizen. Who any one of us would love to live next door to

Man 15 years of probation is a trap. Maybe he knows he can’t hold himself to them types of standards. Man I did 4 years, supposed to been 5 but I got off a year early. I really had to change how I was living. No more smoking, hanging out with certain people, going certain places, and doing certain things.
