- Rapper YFN Lucci pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of gang-related charges. Bennett was originally facing numerous charges, including felony murder. He will face a 20-year sentence, with 10 years to serve, and is eligible for parole in three and a half months due to the three years he has already served behind bars.

💯..That man was looking at life plus 22 years then they are giving him time served for what he has already done and they are writing a letter to parole so that he gets it the first time...I went up the first time and was denied on a simple assault charge..He is more then lucky..But 95% of ppl violate there probation so I hope he gets out and does his music and that's all..

That's how the federal government gets such crazy high conviction rates. You either plea out or spend years and God knows how much money fighting for your life at trial, just to possibly go down for much longer if you don't beat it. Plea bargains are the backbone of our legal system.
