Dude this judge DOES NOT LISTEN! This is insane. He argues before he even hears them out. He attacks the defense for the things he interprets as dragging out the case even though it's the state bringing up the problems they need to address. It's wild.
So the defense has to take criticism because the state is on some shady bull. 🙄 I would be so annoyed if I was a juror

The judge has a problem with keeping things straight inside of his mind, and that problem is driven by his need to throw his weight around n a power trip. Actually the attorneys on both sides are a 1000 times more intelligent than the judge. I'm not sure what this judge problem is other than he's behaving like everyone in the courtroom is his children when in reality he's the one that confused misguided and ignorant
