This machine only needs one worker to operate, and only repeat one action. When packaging, the worker only needs to put the blister and the packaged items on the mold. The robot for placing the paper card will automatically put the paper card in the mold. After pressing, the material-taking robot will automatically take out the pressed and packaged products. The automated machine does not require workers to place paper cards and take materials, saving costs.
The automatic double-manipulator blister sealing machine does not require 12 sets of molds like the traditional chain-type blister sealing machine, which greatly reduces the cost of the mold.
