3 minutes in. Nice garden and parking round about. Elevelor, very high ceiling and that is the only kitchen?? What is that small fridge? You find better kitchens in a few hundreds thousands apartaments.
It's a twin fridge, big enough for the house tbh. Either way there is so much space for another one if needed.
At first glance I was tempted to say "Seen one, seen them all". However, the more I watched, it's actually more like a home than hotel as those big villas seem to be. Very nice!

@@TheMarobrothers I always set time aside to watch you both though Patrick is around my age I can safely say I love you both. Lol, it is like peanut butter and jam lol can not have one without the other lmao. Will also say as some have noticed already seeing Patrick puts a big smile on my face if he is not there it is just a smile. Just saying what others tell me and yes I do get caught watching the videos many times.
Nice kitchen / living area. Like the idea of the raised appliances. However it's all about the outdoors. Very livable home at a good price point.

This house, for this league is good value for money. The mistakes are, 1) kitchen too black 2) car pool needs more shelter 3) billiards table needs a bar... All fixable for little cost, & 4) maybe bit far from sea, but worth saving $4-6m for the distance!
It's up to the new owner to adjust those small fine details, but a bar by the pool table sounds like a great idea 💡 😀

2 Points.
1) It is not polite in upmarket English to say Toilet. Loo or Lavatory is better.
2) Ladies would excuse themselves to adjust their make up. (IE Powder their face. Hence going to the powder room.) It is also a euphemism for going to the Lavatory. @@TheMarobrothers

There should be a door between the bedrooms and bathrooms. Nobody wants to hear ablution noises. Not for 6 million euros.
