Grand Dinner Rose is the Future at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort

On Saturday 30 April, the "Rose is the Future" Grand Dinner took place alongside the covered pool at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, ending the Ma Vie en Rose Monte-Carlo programme (8 March-8 May 2022) on an incredible high with an all-new, futuristic experience in truly stunning surroundings. An immersive evening that combines joie de vivre and modernity hosted by the music composer Thomas Roussel and the Chef Marcel Ravin, two stars in the Michelin Guide.

Le samedi 30 avril dernier, le Grand Dîner "Rose is The Future" s'est tenu autour de la piscine couverte du Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, point d’orgue de la saison Ma Vie en Rose Monte-Carlo qui s’est étalée du 8 mars et 8 mai 2022. Les participants de cet évènement d’exception ont pu ainsi vivre une expérience inédite et futuriste dans un cadre idyllique. C'est le célèbre compositeur Thomas Roussel qui a imaginé le spectacle musical qui a rythmé cette soirée, alternant performances en solo et orchestre classique accompagné d'un somptueux menu à trois plats signé par le chef doublement étoilé Marcel Ravin.
