This is the first part of a video for a jigsaw table build. It is a very useful tool in the shop and I've been thinking of making one for some time. The jigsaw table is portable (40x50x28) and you can easily attach it to a bench using clamps. The build is solid and while cutting the table is stable and not wobbling. You can easily cut straight lines, great for inner cuts and shapes - depends on the blade used. This build has a mountable arm (going back and forth) tighten to the table with a detachable jig leaving just enough space for a wood piece. The arm is secured with 2 wooden knobs making the fix tight (make wooden knobs - • Make Awesome Tiny Knob... ). The blade is easily changeable and is held by 2 adjustable bearings. Depending on the length of the blade you can change the "head" with the bearings for a different one.

This was more complex build and you did it like a champ! Well done Lukas, can't wait to see second part!
Boris :) Always a pleasure. Thank you my friend. I really appreciate it. 👍
Nice work on this jigsaw table. We shared this video (and part 2) on our homemade tools forum this week 😎

Hola César, muchas gracias. Aprecio mucho su soporte y que le guste. Un abrazo fuerte. Feliz Navidad.
Love your video
Thank you Yuri, I appreciate it. 👍
Thanks, decided to try this w/ my new Bosch BUT i don't see any mention of the longer saw plate screws needed. The 1/4" or 6mm long OEM ones can't go through the new wood top. Off to the store and hope they have a full line of micro machine screws.
Hope you found those! How did it go?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 together!
Sorry ... always not together !
Thank you Gianluca :)
👌Nice work bro! I really like this channel and wish you all the best🍀 and many subs! Keep on going!💪👍
Thank you New Pew, that is really supportive. I'd like to keep them coming. ;) Stay safe mate.
Thanks, Great Plan! The only problem I ran into was that after I put it all together and tried it out, the darn thing vibrated horrendously. I've tried putting foam rubber between the jigsaw shoe and the table surface, and I added rubber feet to each of the table legs. It still vibrates quite a bit. Any ideas on how to reduce that?
Thanks Naj, I would recommend (as you did) to add some rubber foam. What Jisgaw do you have and do you have it firmly attached to the workbench?
Спасибо большое! Отличный станок получился! Лайк и подписка однозначно! А можно чертежи? Хотелось бы и себе такой сделать!
Thank you Dimiri. I am glad you like it. Desing is not out yet. Hoperfully soon. Thanks! 👍
Great job Lukas, it's always fascinating to watch your videos. Maybe you can do a video on making useful small accessories such as the amazing wooden screw you used in this video.
Thank you :) Much appreciated. I am glad you liked the video and found it useful. I will also make videos on smaller accessories. ;) 👍 Thanks! Stay safe.
Nice build. Trouble is they cut reaaaally slow.
No measurement o the cutting wood
So boring and unnecessary time consuming
