Through your videos my Christianity has been touched
My faith and the historical past of this place makes me feel at peace
God bless you !!!
Thank you...My mother died three months ago. She was 84. Your videos helped me to travel with her to so many places. I will always remember the hours I watched your videos with her. We did not just watch them, we travelled together. Now you should know that your videos are not only for entertainment...your videos create memories to people like me. Every time I watch one of your videos again, I remember her watching it with me and travelling to the place of the video. Thank you. May God keep you safe.
Wife and I spent a month in Assisi between Dec '19 and Jan '20 -- we left just before covid. We walked the streets every day. Magnificent. This video is PERFECT for our reminiscences. Every step is familiar. When I set my treadmill for 3.1 mph it's just like being there. I'm suddenly craving Umbrian wine or a local pastry . . . or both!
You know it's very serene and peaceful in Assisi when you hear nature and birds chirping! Love it! Beautiful Assisi, Italy!
Watching this on my big screen TV is like it's 3-D. Absolutely gorgeous! It's just past midnight where I live and to see the dawn breaking in such a picturesque town is just breathtaking with all those vibrant flowers along the way and the peacefulness before people start venturing out. What a way to transport me back into time. Although it's been years since I've been there it's like I'm there right now. Grazie mille!
So cool! Yeah, a big screen TV is the only way to watch these walks. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
I also have a big screen ...I don`t have tv, just internet ,just to wacth these amazing walks and movies. My favourite is Prowalk.no doubt
Ah so many flowers and Olive trees đł Love it Prowalks! đ
Thanks so much đ
Greetings from India!!! We missed coming to Assisi in 2016!!! Given the limited time, we had to choose between Padre Pio and St Francis, and we chose the former and ended up in San Giovanni Rotondo. We will visit St Francis the next time around. Thanks for the virtual tour!!!
I love that you give the date and time of the day! So many times I was left out wondering about those details. đđ
Glad it was helpful!
What a nice, tidy, walkable-looking town! Loved how peaceful it is in the morning. Most of the buildings are obviously old but in pristine condition. There were moments during this walk when I thought, I could live here. Thank you for this walking tour, it was very enjoyable.
This town is truly stunningly beautiful.
Revived happy memories of Assisi, thank you.
What an incredible place to live and what views they must have!
Thank you so much! We loved walking around Assisi in May 2019)) What vistas, what clarity and peace! Take care
Brilliant, thank you! These walking videos are so calming, and very inspiring!

Nostalgia.. We toured in noon.. Thanks once again NAMASTE đ
Drone footage at the start was superb. Thank you for posting these videos, they really lift my spirits.
Glad to hear it! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for this! I miss Assisi. Had a spiritual experience in this little town. Hoping to return here soon.
Bellissimo tour! Grazie del video!!
What a lovely place. It looks very livable, all that clean stonework and flowers shows people really care about their town. Spotless, in a word.
Thank You For Making and Posting This Video! â€ïž
Hey, you're welcome. Maybe if I go back, I'll ask the residents what they think about living there.
About 3 weeks ago I came upon a live stream of Umbria and the shot of the Basilica. You can hear the wind, see the dawn, sunset and night. It has been a source of peace among this pandemic, especially for Italy, here in the US, and all around the world. So when I saw this, well...no coincidence. Peace to all and to a new world.
Hi Debra, I'm glad you found a source for peace. That is great during these times.
You are truly amazing man! You are helping to keep me sane! I fractured my ankle and tour the tendons that hold my foot together ! I cant walk for three months and watching your videos gives me such great peace 0f mind in these hard times! Thank you so much!!!!!!
Hi Linda, well I'm sorry to hear about your ankle but glad to hear you'll be back on your feet in now time. ;) I hope you get well soon. If you have any suggestions for the videos feel free to let me know. thanks for watching!
I am so grateful that I saw this part of Italy in 2010. I will always cherish the memories. Thank you for this HIGH quality video!
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your visit in 2010. Thanks for watching this video!
Exceptionally pretty and charming township crafted right down to the most finite detail. Blissful existence. Thanks
Couldn't agree more!
It's so beautiful! Thank you for this video.
I so enjoyed this walk with you, its a nice time of day to walk.. i hope one day i can visit Assisi, so beautiful . many thanks
The brick buildings are beautiful and the narrow alleyways are awesome!đ
Just finished my 1 HR treadmill walk while watching the video, Assisi looks so crisp and pure in the morning, such a calming and relaxing video, next to watch is the green lake Seattle walk, but I will save it for tomorrow. .as per tarquinia whenever you have the time and schedule please do that walk, tarquinia was on our last day trip from Rome but it all locked down, hope you and family are holding it out well, always in my thoughts and prayers my friend.
Awesome, good memories, I was there in August 2019. Thank you for doing this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you for this beautiful video. I would love to live in Italy one day.
Great video. Nice to see it in the sun, it rained the day I visited a few years ago.
đLove how quiet the streets are, especially in July, but it must have been very
pleasant. Amazing people can get cars down some of the narrow streets. Also, I really like the aerial shots. It' gives a great sense of place. -Henry
Hey Henry, yeah, I am always surprised when I walk up some narrow little street, thinking it is a walking path, and then at the end, I see cars parked. Thanks for watching. I hope you are doing well.
Qué hermosura de lugar!!! Muchas gracias por compartir. Saludos desde Argentina.
What a great video , thank you for taking us along on this walk . Iâm a morning person , and being a photographer/hobbist , this is right up my alley .
Another wonderful video thank you so much LOVE YOUR CHANNEL !!!!!!
Thank you so much!
The first video was great but this one is amazing, beautiful morning light, beautiful city. Thanks!đââ€đ
I originally thought the videos were too much the same which is why I didn't post this one up right away. I'm glad you enjoyed this one! Thanks for watching!
Very relaxing and quiet and healing,... Wonderful JOb!!!!
Thanks a lot!
MAGNIFICO,,,,EXCELENTE,,,,,HERMOSO,,,,GRACIAS,,,,,
Nice video! đ
What a way to start the walk! The view from the air allowed me to see the roads, mountains, architecture, and overall geography. Exceptional use of the drone to give viewers a prelude to the city of Assissi. Good to see you're still able to create amazing work in Italy!
Glad you enjoyed it! I was going back and forth on whether or not to include such a long opening drone sequence but I figured it gives viewers a chance to look around. My videos aren't fast paced to begin with so hopefully people don't mind watching a long slow drone shot. :)
â@@ProWalks Yes. This way the drone camera creates another artistic medium for people to enjoy. It was edited well, including the background music. Very professional. It showed part of the creative process as well... All the best.
What a beautiful little place. I was there in the summer of 2016.
Niesamowite miejsce. PiÄkny film
Thanks for watching!
†the start with drone video
wow that drone shot is stunning.
I went there in 1983. I am unlikely to be able to go again, so good to see these videos.
oh so relaxing....nice! đ
Como sempre a ItĂĄlia Ă© surpreendente

Hi Irene, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
What I remember from the Santa Maria Sopraminerva is the stunning blue walls...so beautiful...looks like an old jewel box
I enjoyed this immensely. Please do more? Maybe Cinque Terre? Lake Cuomo? Sicilia? Mille Grazi, Signore! Bellissimo!!!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
the photo with church white and sky deep blue ,grade 10!
Oh my dear Pro Walks, thank you very much for this video and your wonderful global work on this youtube channel, here with the city of Saint Francis, the Poverello with this beautiful aerial and musical introduction, Saint Francis, the friend of the "mother nature" and absolute charity, the only human being who has lived almost like Jesus Christ...
I'm glad you enjoyed this one. I was waiting for a good time to post it up. I have a lot of drone footage too and still need to post up a full drone tour. Thanks for watching.
Good video
So refreshing to see a town with not one piece of litter on the ground, and plants everywhere. The good old USA could learn a lot from Assisi.
Hermoso
Loved this. I'm so nosey, I wanted you to go into the those yards with big doors. What is behind them.
RRECORRI ASISI CON TU VIDEO...YO ESTUVE ALLI HACE 2 AĂOS ..MIY BUE VIDEO ...TE FELICITO
Do you have ORVIETO tour.. Loved to visit again through your virtual tour.. đ
What are those diagonal, looks like black pieces of steel on sides of buildings. Especially when you start the walk. Excellent video. âââââ
Pace e bene
Lovely and charming.
(What are the metal brackets on the walls of many buildings? Mostly not symmetrical, so not decorative. Channel water? Are they some sort of additional wall support?)
Yeah, i forget the name at the moment but they are brackets that connect to a rod that goes through the building to another bracket on the opposite side, for structural support.
God bless Italy
7:39
"Hmm.. đ€ which way should I go?" đ
That is one of my favorite spots there.
Wonder if St Francis and St Clare walked along there
đ
Very nice, new friend
Any idea what the dark slanted oblong things are on all of the buildings? Is it piping? We couldnât figure it out.
Hi Amanda, they are called anchor plates. They are brackets attached to a tie rod used for structural reinforcement.
Prowalk Tours Thank you so much! Google was of no help.
there is great effort
I wonder about the metallic structures supporting the walls od literally every house. Clearly it servis as a protection against earthquakes, but I wonder how does this frame look from the inside...
CuĂĄl es la PorciĂșncula?
It's amazing but would that we can see inside the houses and can observe their culture that how they live, cook & eat.
Next time I visit a town, I will do just that. :) thanks for the suggestion.
@@ProWalks oh I am surprised about your reply, you know I am from south Asian Muslim country......It's impossible for me to visit Italy.
@@saminahayat9826 Why man?
Ahh, so nice and quiet and quaint. Looks so interesting. Never been to that part of Italy. Love morning walks. All you need now are a,few barking dogs. Why armed guards at that one church ?
this film is very beautiful ... thank you ... i will never see it ... thank you .. love you ..đđđđđđ
Looking. From. Thailand
Hello you! Anyone knows How old are these houses?
Roman empair house or 1300
How I wish I could get geraniums to look like that @ 7:15!
ÎλΏÏΔ ÎλλΏΎα. Griceec
I'll try. It's been difficult this last year. :)
Why is there an armed guard at beautiful Assisi church ?
Good film, but I would have preferred if it had a commentary.
My girlfriend made a point, she loves the place,no mowing, she be happy if she dont have to do that, but I also mow with her,and what be like to live in such a beautiful city as there, and as famous it is.
Hey David, I think it would take some adjusting..but it would probably be a nice quiet life.....minus the hoards of seasonal tourists.
@@ProWalks I live in a town also famous,Northfield,Mn. so use to tourists,But most famous for the food plant,Jesse James bank robbery,2 Huge colleges,Carlton and Saint Olaf, and many other things, small town like that one,but some days wish quieter.
What's up with those guys with guns?
