I note from the video that your hub or router was in a different room from the tele that you wanted to use the 360 box which is a similar situation that I will be in and I’ve just ordered this. My virgin hub is in a different room too. How did you get it setup? Thanks
@@LewisM1984 yip, so my router is upstairs in office and hub downstairs.
I phoned virgin and explained my hub was not working. They sent someone over and created a point downstairs ( free of charge ).
Experience was smooth.
@@NickBotha that’s useful to know. I may need to get on the blower to them tomorrow while they are organising box to be delivered etc and perhaps they’ll organise someone to come over.
