3:42 Thanks! I got this box today and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to pull that tab or if that was part of how Virgin staff open the box after I send it so I wasn't sure how this box opens. There is a link when you sign into your account that allows you to start the cancellation process. It does take you to a chat where you explain why you are leaving and of course they make you some counter offers but in the end I told them please cancel and send me details of how I may return your kit. 5 minutes later I got an email giving me instructions on how to do just that. I also had a call a few days later from a very nice lady at Virgin who also wanted to know why I was leaving and making some additional offers but after about 5 minutes she accepted they could not match the offer I was getting and confirmed she would process my cancellation.You can also send a letter to their Sunderland HQ. No need to spend any length of time on the phone.
