2)Repeat the affrimations n keep patience becoz affrimations work like planting a seed in a ground.
3)If someone health is not good +ve like Bless them n send them love n peace .
4)At the end of my treatments n meditations use words n saying the Higher Power it is in ur hands now I release to u .
5)Our sub conscious mind is like computer garbage in n garbage out if u put -ve thoughts in ur sub conscious mind thn -ve experience comes out .It takes time n practice to learn .
6)If u have really worked it through unless test urself so u bring up the old sit.one more tym n watch hw u react on that situation.
7)If u begin to repeat ur affrimations the new statement of truth about urself u give urself a new opportunity to react differently whether it's a health prblm ,finance one or a relationship difficulty.
8)If u react in a new way to the sit thn u are on ur way having another issue handled.
9)Don't feel that u are not good enough.You want to learn something new n wanting to improve ur life in a new(better) version of itself.
10)U take ur tym .U need practice n work on it n then comes the where u master it .
11)Decide wht u want to improve or change thn practice n work on it n u wait .This is when ur brain starts to reprogram itself n u will reach that place where u want to be.
