I can’t express how I feel right this minute but I know that you are the reason why I’m smiling and my body inside is healing. I love myself I always have. There have been days in my life that I’ve been stressed and even disappointed. But as of today, Life is worth living and I am healing one day at a time. 13 years ago, I came across with Louise Hay, she helped heal my childhood inner hurts and started to believe in myself in which I've achieved all I dreamed I ask from the Universe, happy and satisfied life. @@2201sunflower hello.. it was a process I listened to her audios, pray and need to look at your self as a child being hurt, neglected, traumatized and eventually hugging and saying I love you to that child. it was a relief because we expect our parents or people around us to validate and love us but they to have pains and it is a cycle. Look at yourself now reflect, accept you're hurt, forgive yourself and say I love you to yourself everyday. Self-love is the key.
5 yrs here. Such a magical gift to humanity she was, and is! I found many wonderful books through her publishing house that she founded over the years, which have been invaluable parts of my journey.

Thank you! It helps me a lot to hear your calm and loving voice. I have same experience as living in an unhappy family and I have tortured myself ever since. As my mind default that the unhappiness moments in my family are under my responsibility and I can't help to stuck in the pain and lonely, unspeakable though for many years.
