He hurt me so bad 3 weeks not a word from him over our last disagreement 7 1/2 yr relationship I refuse to chase him he reads my text no response that was the last draw I never text or called him again. Anxiety, hurt & abandoned I feel. He told me he woul never do that to me. To make matters worst I lost my oldest daughter 4 months ago. I have sacrifice so much for this man.

I am doing just fine without that baggage of a man he will be someone else problem. I have moved on with me and my babies who loves me dearly. He has been calling me over & over since Valentines Day nope I did not answer I went No contact fully almost 4months now. Finally he stopped calling guess he got the point. I don't want a Narcissistic Man in me and my babies life they have no empathy. I trust in God someone who love me will come along in time but as for now I am moving on with me not afraid to be alone I need this time for me and my babies. that's my problem right now: I'm afraid of forgiving because I'm afraid to make the same mistake again. I ignored so many red flags, I ignored my inner voice just because love was such a powerful drug and I was like high all the time. And the self-love I worked towards til now is just not the same.

I had to lose and organ to realize, how important my life is. I had to leave a relationship, to find out how important I am to myself. I had to let go of many things, to find out what I need. I listened to this, and knew what I had missing in my life, it was self-love. Now, I’m happy for all of the things, understanding that loving myself and my life is the most important thing ever. I’m getting to meet me, myself and I. Surely, it took a half of a century, but I have tons of life and love to live!

I never believed that loving myself would be satisfying enough. I looked outward for love but there was never enough there to satisfy me either. Now, in my 60s, I am returning to the wisdom of taking control and taking care of myself fully and first; this includes a healthy diet and exercise. When I take loving and respectful care of myself, everything comes together. If only I accepted this sooner. Ugh.

I have been married for 10 years, and even this applies to me. In marriage we tend and a lot of times are taught to put your spouse first. Unbalanced, this can be toxic as well. You still must love yourself and have boundaries in order to have a productive marriage. I lost myself. Got to get back to me.

I am currently in a 4 year relationship but I feel and see how things have drastically changed ! We love each other very very much but I see how much we have grown up and how we sometimes have different goals ! Then sometimes we get caught up in our own life and it makes me overthink things between me and my partner but I think this way because of things that have happened in the past ! I try to not stress over my partner but it still happens either way ! When I am far from my partner I feel lonely and bad but when we’re together I feel so safe and loved and I feel like I’m at home ! And sometimes I feel like I can’t talk to anyone because everyone has different views on things and it just makes me Even more stressed ! My mom will always be there for me but I know it hurts her to always see me sad , upset , and crying . No parent wants to see their child cry over a person ! I pray that I can one day lose this attachment that I have but still give my partner the love I have for them …. And sometimes I wish my partner would just listen to me and understand me and not get mad at me when I’m telling them about home anxious I am feeling or upset 😢 I feel as if I am drowning each and everyday ….. I hope for those starting a relationship really put their selves first ! It will be the best decision for everyone especially yourself ….. god bless 💗
I understand how you feel when you say I want to detach. I just left a relationship where I was always anxious. But 2 mins after breaking it off I felt very relieved, and felt less lonely because I treated myself as my own best friend. I plan to stay on this path of being my own best advocate.

It is often like that. People want someone to love them and then they finally feel worthy and happy. I am worthy and happy because someone I admire loves me. This creates unhealthy dependency and fear . What if the person leaves me? If we love ourselves we do not need other person to validate us and we set ourselves free. Then we can really enjoy love. As the happiness is fully in our hands and does not leave us 💖.

Just found this channel and some videos have brought me to tears because they really make me think about me and my life. It’s amazing to realize how much the past can dictate all aspects of your life from current relationships to the way you think about things. I’m always searching for love via searching for perfection in people/humanity in general, and then lying to myself for spans of life to make them who I want them to be, and avoid seeing who they really are and their true nature. It’s due to abandonment issues. Lead me to codependent dynamics which led to panic attacks. Getting rid of some key people that are in fact not who I want them be.
