Everything is pretty great, would’ve loved to hear table talk though.
Agreed, especially at Tony Gs table, but honestly these new guys don’t talk much at all (they just stare for 30 secs and then fold)-especially at tourneys, especially when the entry is 1mil pounds.
@@KevinsDisobedience that’s true, maybe more talking would be happening at the businessman table though. I can’t really complain though because triton has the best streams ever.

Everything about Triton is top notch, including these commentators. But I miss Lex and Randy, and their higher level, less chatty presentation.
It's Daniel doing the commentary he is ten times the player then randy by far and better then let by prpb quite a distance

I think @stapes did one stint as commentator. He had me in stitches all the way. Funny yet very knowledgeable. Now that's poker commentary!
Yea, we saw Lex briefly at 17:40 in commentator role, so maybe in the next episodes? Daniel is cool, but Lex is a much better and also much more fun commentator. He clearly enjoys it a lot and is very good at explaining the details.
@@trevorstrutt1 Results wise, yeah for sure. He obviously has been playing higher stakes. However, Lex's commentary is much better in my opinion as he explains in so much more details what goes on in nuances too. Things that make it that much better. And it's more fun too I think.

@@rungood6705 He’s not broke. He’s played, and won at extremely high stakes including a $1million tournament- he cashed for 1.6 million. He is basically a bad person, or at least a person with reprehensible personality traits, and he makes some pretty big mistakes at times. He is not an elite cash game player, but it is difficult to argue against him as a great tournament player. He didn’t stumble across 15 bracelets. He’s not nearly as good as he thinks he is, but he better than most people give him credit for.
Hellmuth can't hang with this crowd.

Though this is the non professionals playing... some of these guys have played so much poker, much of it televised or streamed, that maybe they aren't professionals, but they play at a professional level.

The part about poker players being somehow selfish for making money at poker is a little out of place and uncalled for. Anyone who's made money in poker has done so by taking on the commensurate amount of risk which most people either are unwilling or unable to take on. Likewise anyone who loses money did so willingly. Not trying to be harsh because everything else is phenomenal, but those two lines bugged me. I know it wasn't meant in a bad way at all, but I still think it's important to address.

I think each episode switches between the two. Episode 1 focused on pros and Episode 2 was on Amateurs...I assume they'll continue that until the tables collapse at level 7
No offense but some of these players is clearly not at the level for a tv show, makes me wonder what's the criteria to qualify

Wow, sick bluff by Chin, he recognized that when Gary snap called the raise on the flop, Gary just has top pair most of the time or a a draw (he'd tank with a set). Then Gary tank calls on the T, meaning the T likely hit Gary (Gary considered a raise). Therefore on the river Chin decides to turn his 2 pair into a bluff to get Gary to fold KT specifically. Amazing high level play!
