I believe when he did this song , he was on his own finally. I liked it when he toned down falsetto and brought out his natural voice out, which was superb (wished he had been on his own much earlier, we would've had more songs like this one).

I cant forget that song, because i used it for an audition in the late 1960s, and Merv Griffen told me i had beautiful voice.
