Ecotric brand ebike, I think there is deep in the menu to unlock the 28 mph, i forgot already how to..i got the bike rack from amazon..hope that helps

I don’t think you can..., the cup holder needs to be up high..., due to the tube’s diameter size for you to mount the holder...
