The guy that has the hotdog "cart" at our local Lowes, sells out every day. Makes good $$. I saw a similar cart across the street from Duke Hospital in Durham, he said he made 60K per year.... He did have challenges with City licensing and permits on street corners, but like some guy said earlier in this reply-chain, "City Government telling little business what they can and can't do." Advice: you would have to hustle, but you would succeed. Do it! Don't forget the mustard.
