This video was from 1996? wow. I was one year old back then. Bukit Mertajam is my hometown. I'm glad I had few times experience boarding train at this station before it was deconstructed.

8:01 ~ Anthony Road Concrete Truss Road-Over-Rail Bridge (ROB). It was the main and only road linking Kuala Kangsar Road as well as Maxwell Road with Ipoh City Centre via Jalan Datuk Panglima Bukit Gantang Abdul Wahab or Club Road as well as Jalan Raja Muda Musa Abdul Aziz (Anderson Road). Demolished at 2000 and substituted with a newer, wider, comforter, and more modernized flyovers at 2000/2001 which comprising Jalan Raja Muda Musa Abdul Aziz - Jalan Tun Abdul Razak (Maxwell-Anderson) and Jalan Datuk Panglima Bukit Gantang Abdul Wahab - Jalan Kuala Kangsar/Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (Club-Kuala Kangsar) sectors. It had a Classic and Vintage Traffic Light at the East End of the ROB.
8:13 ~ California Texas or CALTEX Bogie Tank Oil (BTO) Tankers. CALTEX BTO Tankers would haul Bulk Petrol and Diesel Oils from CALTEX Bulk Installation Terminal at Prai with using Shunting Freighter Number 601 Down to Ipoh Marshalling Yard. These BTO 98xx and BTO 95xx Tankers would unloaded at CALTEX Bulk Installation Depot at Jalan Tun Abdul Razak which now was occupied by Rail Freight Engineering and Logistics Sendirian Berhad as Malayan Railway Bulk Cement Tankers maintenance and overhaul point before pulled back as Empty Tankers with Shunting Freighter Number 602 Up to Prai. Today, most of CALTEX BTO Tankers were converted and refurbished into Maritime Container Flatbeds numbered as BCF 180xx (First Batch was 40 BCF Flatbeds Number BCF 18001 - BCF 18040 which had converted at Prai Marshalling Yard at 2000, while remaining 272 BCF Flatbeds were converted from an assorted types of Bulk and Conventional Cargo Freight Wagons between 2004 and 2007 and resulted BCF 18001 - BCF 18312).

All these station has been replace with better white buliding,hope they can do that too in east coast line but really miss the old.
