KLからタイピンまで、急行シナランパギ号の後方展望です。93年のときと比べると、KL近郊は複線電化されて電車が走り、KLタワーやツインタワーが見えて急速な発展がうかがえます。オンボロ３等車も新装の冷房車に変わりました。

Just watched the video eventhough it was 9 years ago. Very nostalgic. I think the dual tracking and electrifying of rail services by KTMB is the way foward to sustain its viability. However rail journey in Malaysia will always be associated with the lush greenery and panoramic views of the country. The closure of some of smaller stations also means that rail travel is no more been fun and at a leisurely pace.
