It seems to me that the dog has a lot of pent up energy usually this is due to not having enough time outside to exercise and get it out walks can also be very important for a dogs mental health along with behavioral issues
Wrong dog for her feel sorry for him living with a numpty, should've got a lazy cat or reptile
I would have him he is a fine little dog it's the owner
It's crazy how people want animals to keep as companions/kids and make them as human as possible and don't treat them like the animal that they are, they pamper and baby so much that if you have a guard dog and expect it to guard you its going to run!! Covering up dogs with blankets' giving them spa w/gourmet foods, allowing them on furniture and beds putting clothes on them'? This is all ridiculous. What is wrong with people? Dogs been humanized.! 😮

Well I had 2 BTs , girls , never ever had such issues, yes they would get excited b4 walkies and morning walkies were at least 2 hours , run girls & play
I did not train them in anyway , one because I did not know how too ( my first dogs ) and second as they would only do what they wanted to do anyway !!
Plenty of exercise esp when young up to the age of 11 really b4 they started to slow down , balls & toys for some mind stimulation, plenty of treats & belly tickles , beautiful dogs with a beautiful nature much fun and so many adventures, enhanced our life’s much , they were never caged , and free to roam the house as they wished , luckily one of us was always home with them , so plenty of walks , garden time ,exercise times , we never spayed them so did have hormones to deal with a couple of times a year , we never bread them , just gave them a fantastic life , so much freedom on the beach in the woods , that’s what they enjoyed the most , apart from belly tickles of course
They are both angels 👼 now unfortunately, would of loved them to live as long as us , if I had one wish that would be it
Treasure your BT s guys and all dogs , we don’t know what we’ve got until we no longer have it , depending on the size of your heart I guess 🤷♀️
Anyway if this lady can not deal with her Border let me know , I’ll take him 💕

It's a border terrier it's cruel to keep in a small carrier, and borders are not good in flats they need a garden they are not lap dogs he's not crazy the woman is for having him. I would rehome to border terrier lover .
He is a useless trainer talking rubbish he doesn't know borders obviously 🙄
