None of them would've won by far that discredits the amazing season all those young players had. Trent, Rice, Mount and Saka were all brilliant this season and I would've been fine with any of them winning. Just annoying that, as talented as he is, Foden won it again pretty much because he's the media's darling. Unfair on the rest of them.

Couple of good years is never enough to retire as an all time great. What separates the best players is showing that consistency for their team for years. Trent's well on track to do that and I expect nothing less of him. But no one deserves to be put in that bracket if they fall off after just a couple of years at the top.

I first heard of him when he was under 10 years old and was coached by a friend of mine who was a clash at the academy, who’s name is ‘Alexander Arnold’ who said there’s a kid with my name as his surname and he’s boss!

I am certain Trent will be an even greater force when he is 28-32 years old than he is now. Because he is getting better and better all the time. And his full potential is scary to imagine.

The consistency Jurgen has implanted into the mindset of these players is so effective. An outstanding manager and the amazing players that all makes up this beautiful club, im very proud to be a LFC fan. And in a way their mentality of never giving up and staying consistent and performing at your best has helped me a lot in life.
Also I hope Steve G and Coutinho help their club lift that title that they sadly didn't get to hold and who would believe, former liverpool players now determine whether or not their former club win or lose that trophy that they never got to win, this sport is so Ironic sometimes :)

TAA gets so much of the attention but Andy Robertson is the true hero for me. His defensive ability is first-class, his work rate is unmatched, he ALWAYS turns up in the big games and then he has an end product going forward too with plenty of dangerous crosses/assists

Robbo is great but his technical ability lets him down a bit, he is very one footed with a limited range of passing and practically no ability to shoot or finish, although not that important as it is not his job, players like trent, cancelo, james all have that to their game.
robbo's strength is that he's incredibly consistent. Trent may have some rough games but robbo is class week in week out, which is why we never really see kostas play

I remember Trent as a gangly scouse kid coming through. Look at him now, he could arguably play in half the positions in the team, he has pace, power and defensive awareness, but the skill and passing range thats better than most number 10s. They told trent if he didnt bulk up and toughen up he might not make it, Trent took that and turned himself in a monster, look how ripped he is. People say Hakimi is one of the best RB in the world. Trent manages to grab 12+ assists every season even with his dip of form last season the guy managed to grab assists and let's not forget Robo. But at his age to maintain the desire, hunger and mentality of a G.O.A.T. He is the product of the Liverpools Academy and wow what a cracking job. Imagine C Jones and h Elliot in a few seasons.

Trent is the best attacking RB in the world, no doubt. What a player!!!! Yes, he's a really average defensive defender, but what he offers going forward is phenomenal!!!!
His defensive stats are amongst the best in his position. This rhetoric needs to die already, this season defensively he's improved massively without giving up any of his offensive game. Lads 23, hell only get better.
You would be hard pushed to find any examples of Trent defending poorly this season. In truth, there was a fair case for criticising Trent’s defending a couple seasons back. When VVD got injured, he really struggled for a couple of months and was often targeted by other teams. This was a massive learning curve for him, but he was essentially forced into becoming a better defender and is now just as reliable as anyone else across the world class Liverpool back line.
