- In this case, we think of 2 things, that is any problem in the colon as it is there in the right side of the body. Secondly, any problem in the appendix. Third is any small stones in the kidney tubes or the ureter. These are the three common reasons. When there is pain in the kidney tubes, pain also goes to the genitals and have an associated genital pain. To summarize, any problem below the umbilicus, you should think of intestine problem, intestine infection, appendicitis, kidney related issues, or ureter problem. In case of females, we also look at any problem in the ovary, uterus and the tubes of the uterus, or any infections in the bladder.

I used to have pain in lower right abdomen... drinking coconut water made it go away. I think coconut water tastes awful, so I get the kind where they mix pineapple in it.
Update:
Also, try distilled water. I highly recommend that everyone stop drinking tap and bottled water until you heal... The tap and bottled water are very acidic and the govtmnt does not regulate it. I completely stopped drinking it and I only drink distilled water and it healed so many ailments of mine... I was having chronic inflammation. Distilled water is available in any store in the water section.
If you drink distilled water people claim that you will not get the needed minerals found in regular water... but you can compensate buy buying and adding trace minerals to the water....or dropping a pinch of pink Himalayan salt in your gallon jug of distilled water. Pink Himalayan salt may also heal any infection in your body... Even better would be to buy a distiller machine and make your own distilled water but I was able to heal my body drinking Crystal Springs store-bought water and dropping himalayan pink salt (just a pinch) in the gallon container).

It might be parasites. I took something for parasites and it helped. I took apple flavored ivermectin for horses from Duret (it works on humans too). There was a stuck feeling in my lower right abdomen and sometimes it was inflamed and the medicine helped me.
Well I guess this is a bit better then a random lady saying something about I have cancer

Im having pain in my right abdomen, went to the ER its not appendicitis or a kidney stone, they said maybe swollen lymp nodes but all my labs are normal, and i have no other symptoms like throwing up or fever this has been going on for weeks now not sure what to do.

Hi sir.. I have septate uterus.. After six month(2017)of delivery I got pain at stitching(Doctor said, skin & uterus are joined.. So re surgery ). Now severe pain at right side stomach and right leg knee..
