"feculent vomiting" sounds like something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
I've had this experience exactly a year ago to be precised. That's the worst thing ever. I spent a month in the hospital. Thank God I didn't undergo surgery cos that's my worst nightmare. It did reversed by itself with the help of nasogratic tube that was passed thru my nostrils to my stomach 😲😢😢😢😱😱 I dread to think of that experience cos it's a nightmare to speak about.
This happened to me about a year & a half ago. It’s a shock when the vomit bag suddenly smells like shit. 🤮

You will have to distinguish between a constipation and an intestinal blockage. In the first case you will have to swallow early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil In the second case you will have to take early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil and one hour later a second tablespoon castor oil, eventually another hour later a third tablespoon. In this manner there will be produced a sufficient amount of gall by the liver in order to split the castor oil completely in ricinoleic acid and glycerine, for exclusively the ricinoleic acid will activate the passive histamines in the intestine in order to achieve the peristalsis in the bowels.

@@sammariofan nah. A flare up will happen every 3 or 5 months. That burning that come and goes. Usually just wait it out and drink a lot of water
@@colesuchecki2969 sorry to hear. They really do suck. In my case I've been able to control them by doing handstands with a wall as support(before an actual flare up) . Literally feel something move in my guts and I pass gas like I haven't in years when doing the handstand. Just a tip I'm sharing in hopes that it can help others

I have COPD and am quite sick with it. Every time I have a flare my bowels stop working for about 2 weeks. Everything shuts down and stops working. It's miserable and it flares up my ileus which is extremely painful!

That is how I got obstructed, too. I was so inactive during my chronic asthma, which advanced to COPD from extremely poor air quality in my apartment, I started having bowel obstructions.
@@artisthusnatalal3099. It’s not that easy. My doctors will not order it. They just send me home with dietary recommendations I can’t pay for, and exercise instructions I can’t perform, in my state of ill health.
How to diagnose the problem of small bowel system like for large intestine we have colonoscopy bt what type of test is done for small intestine?
I would assume colonoscopy.. but there is also endoscopy

My small and large bowel are rediculessly inflammed. I cant stand the pain. Problems urinating. The er did a ct scan and sees no mechanical obstructions so i am left untreated. I dont know what to do anymore. My entire body is affected. Severe insomnia and weight loss. I give up.😢

Yes sure based on scan you can ask your doctor for baloon dilatation and stent possibility.
