I feel Poch and Ten hag are quite similar, maybe not in the style of play or man management but in terms of what you can perhaps achieve with them and their recent situations. Both of them have had their hands tied at the back at Chelsea/PSG and United while dealing with dressing room/owners. Can't ignore the fact that a team like Spurs went that far in UCL and also Chelsea seemed to have made some progress this season. ETH overachieved last season. This year has been brutal to him.
